Pros: They were serviceminded and professional. And I liked that the lady helping me was very careful and accurate while we checked the car for old scratches. She documented it all! So when we returned the car there were no problems. We rented our car in Dubrovnik airport. They also did not try to force me into getting extra insurance since I told them I had it all covered and they were fine with that! A big plus. Can highly recommend!

Pros: We arrive at the office, they start telling us about services that are not included like 9 -12 euros to clean the car, a fee of 40 euros minimunt if we went to an island, etc ... they decided to not take the car because it started to become expensive so we decided to go to an other rental office. As we can not take any car, i would like to have a remboursement. Thanks

Pros: I think that there is a bad communication between discovery cars and rental agencies they are selling online. Must , must read all of their offers before accepting.

Cons: They refused to accept debit Mastercard or Visa and they insisted on credit card. Also did not want to accept my partners credit card because it doesn't have the same name like the person who made reservations even do he is listed as a secondary driver. It is all tourists trap and in a way kind of blackmailing. Not everyone had a credit cards these days?!!!

Cons: I paid for full insurance via your website but when I arrived I needed an actual credit card to secure that insurance of €1300 - which was stated in the T&C’s but the credit card bit was non-negotiable. We don’t own a credit card. So then the only option was to pay for THEIR insurance which was another £375 cost, not a deposit. So the car cost practically doubled. Their staff were incredibly rude, blunt, unable to try to find a solution but angry we took insurance out with Discover Cars! Awful!

We were not allowed to use mobile phones while refuelling, so could not inform Avia. Collection of the car was therefore delayed. The Avia staff were aware, but insisted on charging 40 Euros for late collection. They also charged 125 Euros for crossing the border to Montenegro, a hidden unexpected charge. Such extra charges damage their and your reputation.

Pros: I am very happy with this company service. I got car in 10 minutes or so - with no queues. They gave brand new car for the same price. On the drop off I asked if they can bring be back to the city and they agreed for the small fee - still better and cheaper than by taxi
