Cons: Cars you get are hit and miss mostly they are fine but this one was a Dog.multiple dents on all panels. Car engine light on. Bad noise from front suspension and steering. Car issued 3/4 full , impossible to refill as gauge doesn’t move till car full.Ended up putting 1/2 tank of fuel for 60km journey

Cons: Took long time to pick up car. Didn’t like that we need to rush through car inspection together with agent. They were super picky on small almost invisible dents. My experience is that scratches and marks less than 2cm don’t count. I picked up car inspection in evening when it was dark and we used light from cell phone which makes it extra hard to see any damages. I’d rather pay a bit more with another car rental company.

Cons: The car had a headlight out, which I had to fix on my own time with my own money in order to make their car safe. They also provided the incorrect insurance document, causing me to be stuck at the Greek border for three hours. Their customer service is non-existent for both car and documentation issues. I will never rent from Greenmotion again.

Cons: They charged me extra 250€ for a car which was an absolute disaster, it was a nighmare driving up the hill with this, it could go. Even though it was an automatic, i had to set it for manual as it was switching off while driving. Worst experience of my life.

Cons: A vehicle which was not roadworthy was given to us. We were shown the damage externally and was told it had not been cleaned. We could not book another vehicle (9 person vehicle) with another company so had no choice but to accept it. We didn’t realise the seatbelts didn’t work until we went to pick up the kids. The door handles fell off the passenger side door and the front door did not have one. They overcharged us, gave us a vehicle that broke down on us and were rude and aggressive.

Pros: We were given a car in a shackle condition, we returned it, and were given another car that was a bit less shackled, old, dirty inside.

Cons: We were given a first car that we returned immediately, the second car had windshield that were broken and we signaled it when inspecting the car, the staff told us no problem and did not fix it. It rained for 2 days, and using the car on the road was unsafe.

Cons: It was a very old and very damaged car with a high deposit.

Lady in front of me having to pay twice for her car ( did not get the model reserved) 2. Couple in front of us being denied reservation because it happened in a third party app - they had paid 3. Agent did not fill out any info - damage on our car was attributed to us Worried we won’t get our deposit back. Read the google reviews - a scam

Cons: Crooks. Cancelled my reservation despite having my flight information, and from talking with the people I ended up actually getting a car from, th y do this frequently. Why on earth are you working with these thieves? I'll be requesting a full refund, and if not given, will be filing a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company. Never again will I use your "service."

Pros: The agent was able to save me money on my overall rental. He didn't even have to mention it but he did and I really appreciate that.

Cons: Ordered by photo "new" Opel Astra, received some kind of Shevrolett, car was prity old, dirty inside, I even had to buy window cleaner, paper towel and clean the windows, also car had automatic gear box problems. Rental agent changed the car to an even older one (>240k on odometer) Skoda, without rear view camera ant parctronic, with three wheel hubcaps, the next day two hubcaps gone, I think were stolen, and insurance doesn't cover that.

Cons: We got a dirty car, had many scratches. Then after a day of driving I noticed that the engine light was on and when I contacted them he said it was because the fuel came from Servien. We were in Koratia. Then I discovered that the high beam light did not work and also the registration light. We also got a puncture and there was no spare tire. It was a Thursday and they said they could come the next day. We got no help at all

Cons: They didn't listen to my complaint. The car that handed over costed me a fortune. I was supposed to get a seven seater whose price was not much different from 9 seater Merc Vito. But instead they offered a Renault scenic which had potentially no leg space in the back and virtually no storage space. It was a very uncomfortable journey for a very long journey

Cons: I recommend a bigger sign at frontage to aid in finding the location. Car had quite a few dings but all were documented. Agent wasn't available at drop-off but key drop was available.

Cons: the car I rented was not available and they proposed me a smaller car. they still claimed it was a similar one, which is not true. finally, after threatening to cancel the contract, they proposed a similar car. Also no possibility to hand the car back in their office in Dubrovnik city, so had to go all the way to the airport and then take Uver back.

Cons: Sent us to pointlessly drive around retail parks a long way from the rental place in an attmpt to source a carseat for our baby, in the end tried to extort money from us by offering us a car seat they originally said they didn't have for four times the price. Took hours, wasted the first day of our holiday. V unprofessional, rude and unhelpful.

Cons: The service at GreenMotion was surly at best. The Kia I received as scratched beyond any notes I could take and it had covered over 109,000kms. Additionally it required a service and the dashboard indicated a problem with tyre pressure.

Pros: Relatively fast and efficient procedure of picking up. With no problems, all small defects (scratches and so on) have been mentioned in the car status documents. The xar is in a good conditions despite of relatively lagre kilometrage.

Supplied a car that was damaged in an accident (entire left side of the car was badly dented - bad wind noise on the left front door was one consequence) and no offer of any form of compensation for this ('take it or leave it' attitude). 2. I am not convinced that the 45 Euro charged as 'cross border' fee to pass through the Neum Corridor is necessary. No official at either side of the border asked for the documentation.

Was also threatened that I will not be able to board my flight unless I pay?As a middleman I recommend discovercarhire checks the sla with gm.

Pros: Horrible. I had a car reservation at 7 and representative was sleeping. He left a number in window and he was sleeping when we called. Gas tank was empty and tire had low air pressure 5 min in to driving.
