Cons: Wouldn't use them again. Car was dirty inside and there was a half empty 1 litre bottle of beer in the back seat. On returning the car we were charged 100 euro for a mark that we were supposed to have done. Interesting enough was they would take 200 euro from the deposit or 100 euro if we paid it separately.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, Full Damage Waiver (FDW), State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Toll pass / E-toll device.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 05.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
