Pros: Everything as expected, recent car. Pickup and drop off extremelly easy.
Cons: When arrived on the desk i was informed that the deposit was 800eur instead of the 300-500 said on the reservation. The worker only pre authorized 300€ on the credit card but said that in case of a problem the real deposit would be 800eur.

Pros: Staff at counter good.
Cons: Staff have poor facilities in Dubrovnik. This filters down to customer as a bad experience. Waiting 1hr to pick up a pre booked car in Dubrovnik is too long. Also having to wait outside in heat and rain is bad.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 640.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
