Pros: Car was very good, clean and comfortable for the trip.

Cons: Pick up was very slow (each customer took about 20mins and could only do one at a time). Additional charge for crossing the border in the car is too expensive.

Pros: Fast and easy pick up and return.

Cons: They insist on buying their insurance too much. Car was not clean when we picked it up, there was a used spoon in it and dirt on the floor. Not very hygienic. Deposit was changed from EUR 1400 (as confirmed by Discovercars on the voucher) to EUR 1700 by Keddy, not sure why. It is hard not to feel scammed by car rental companies. The whole process goes fast, you sign documents you cannot possibly read first, and sometimes it all is a bit hard to follow.

Cons: It took a long time to check out, and I was told that the additional insurance I paid for would not cover anything. I was also asked to cover a fee equal to the amount of the car rental for permission to take the car to a neighboring country. Why was that not clarified when I booked online?

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.


Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by previous request at airport locations.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
