Pros: The representative was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The pick up and drop off was excellent and the car was in very good condition.

Pros: Drop of service to and from the airport, car was smooth and a dream to drive

Pros: George was our man there and back. He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I even left something in the office amd he went back to get it. Everything was so easy.

Cons: What to do when we got there. They don't have a place to speak to anyone and the other operators aren't very friendly. It would be good to know just to call and the driver on will sort everything from there!

Pros: I would like them to provide cars in reasonable condition and in full working order and not be told if you break down on the motorway we will come and fix your car it is 32°. You can’t have a lone woman waiting in 32° of heat on the motorway, it will take at least two hours for someone to come out to her.

Cons: I would like Auto Rent staff not to lie and tell the truth if they will not exchange a car then they should tell the customer we’re not going to exchange the car not lead them up the garden path for two weeks specially the manager which I thought was really nice turned up to be truly Unprofessional in every way. Wouldn’t return call when I called her. I was told by assistant she’s busy surly she can’t be busy 24 hours a day. Truly, truly a bad experience,

Cons: The only problem was bringing the car back when there was a number of people bringing cars back and only one member of staff doing everything, therefore he didn’t have time to release the deposit on our credit cards as he was trying to get us all to the airport. He promised this would be done, I’ve yet to find out

Pros: Very amenable. A bit rushed at the collection as I wanted to check the car. By the time I had, the rephad gone. It was 2am, so guessed he was in a rush to go home. Otherwise, no problems at all.

Pros: Was very apprehensive until we got picked up in the very car we hired and the depot was literally just around the corner. A very good overall service and very professional from Nick. Will definitely be using again next tune we're out in Cyprus.
