AutoRent Cyprus at Larnaca Airport

Pros: Agent very helpful and explained everything clearly. Quick rental process to get me on the road. and quick check in at the end of the rental. Refund of my deposit was instant. `

Cons: Car was very dated, with high mileage, tough clutch and it had a 145K on the clock. Drivers window did not work which made it difficult when getting my coffee through a drive through!!

Pros: At was perfect for our requirements- clean car and aircon was 100% spot on.

Pros: Professional staff

Cons: Too little staff

Pros: Friendly staff and clean cars. Very prompt with the pick up and drop offs

Cons: Wasn’t clear on the process of being picked up from the airport

Cons: Only thing I did not like is the full tank disappeared by the time I put my luggage in car so I felt cheated, I gave back proper full full some kind of funny feeling

Pros: Used them before fast easy service no issues friendly staff

Cons: Nothing

Pros: I have used Auto rent many times now. I appreciate the cars are hire cars, done lots of miles etc but we have had some that don’t drive that well and sound like they will fall apart

Pros: Everything, will recommend and most likely use them again

Cons: N/A

Pros: Everything explained easily with friendly and helpful staff

Cons: N/A

Pros: Milý personál

Pros: Members of staff were friendly and knowledgable. Rental office is very close to airport so transfer is very quick.

Cons: They won’t leave the office to collect you for the transfer until you call to query where they are, which you’d usually do once the pick up time has passed. This isn’t an issue but it’s something Discover Cars could include in the pick instructions to make the service more seamless. I followed the contract so expected a full to full petrol policy and unlimited mileage but the car had just over half a tank and the Ts&Cs I signed at AutoRent had a mileage limit of 99,000. VW Up as expected.

Pros: Great pick up and drop off service by the staff

Pros: Drop off was so poorly organised.and combined with other recent dealings I will never use again.

Cons: They sent a six seater vehicle to collect 6 passengers!!!!! There were a significant amount of other customers on this day aggitated

Pros: Very nice customer service experience

Cons: Car maintenance quality very bad, expecialy battery, we need on our holiday two times bump start a car as battery was flat after 10 minutes listening to radio when waiting on supermarket car park) and tyres. Tyres was so bad I will bin them ASAP. Low coolant level and red error on dashboard, low tyres pressures errors and low pressure in tyres, not sorted light bulbs.

Pros: Very efficient and friendly service.

Cons: There was no-one meeting us at the airport on arrival and we had to wait 30 mins for the shuttle transfer.

Pros: Friendly staff.

Cons: The car had a fault and was reluctant to swop the car.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The representative was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The pick up and drop off was excellent and the car was in very good condition.

Pros: Drop of service to and from the airport, car was smooth and a dream to drive

Pros: George was our man there and back. He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I even left something in the office amd he went back to get it. Everything was so easy.

Cons: What to do when we got there. They don't have a place to speak to anyone and the other operators aren't very friendly. It would be good to know just to call and the driver on will sort everything from there!

Pros: Excellent

Cons: Excellent

Pros: Drop very smooth, speedy and friendly

Cons: Car old, high mileage, poor condition, did not even have a phone charger. Pointed that out and was told well its budget. Not anything like a VW UP or similar

Pros: I would like them to provide cars in reasonable condition and in full working order and not be told if you break down on the motorway we will come and fix your car it is 32°. You can’t have a lone woman waiting in 32° of heat on the motorway, it will take at least two hours for someone to come out to her.

Cons: I would like Auto Rent staff not to lie and tell the truth if they will not exchange a car then they should tell the customer we’re not going to exchange the car not lead them up the garden path for two weeks specially the manager which I thought was really nice turned up to be truly Unprofessional in every way. Wouldn’t return call when I called her. I was told by assistant she’s busy surly she can’t be busy 24 hours a day. Truly, truly a bad experience,
