Pros: car was nice, better than we expected, picking it and dropping off was quick and easy. They checked car within few minutes when we still were there and confirmed that deposit will be returned

Pros: I have been using AER CARS for the last 5 years and have been very happy.

Cons: I know some people have different opinions but personally I can’t fault AER. Maybe if they could upgrade their cars but it’s no problem. The cars are clean and presentable.

Pros: Agents were generally friendly and helpful. No issues with getting to the Aercar offices via shuttle.

Cons: Booked a VW UP!, the agent claimed to have provided an upgraded car and gave us a Nissan March which was in poor condition. It more like a downgrade! Requested them to change the vehicle when we actually got given what we booked.

Pros: Great communication. Car available in time and in great conditions. Pick up / drop up service was quite clear and fast. No hiding costs. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle bus to/from the airport was very good and easy to find. Very helpful considering we arrived quite late at night. Would definitely hire again.

Cons: Service was great but the condition of the car wasn't too great. Interior had superficial markings and plenty of exterior markings. However car drove perfectly fine so just a minor point
