Pros: The service was fantastic, pick up : drop off efficient. Good car (6 years old). Rented for 3 weeks. No issues.

Cons: When we collected the car we were given a sheet with markings already on the car. We weren’t shown around the car we were told to check it over ourselves. Luckily we took a video as when we returned it we were accused of one of the markings that was already there . I got out the document I was given from them with the x marking the spot and showed them the video with time & date that matched collection. I would use again but make sure you take a video / pictures of any damage already there!

Pros: You get what you pay for, rental cars in Cyprus can, I believe, be up to 12 years old. The car we had was 7 years old it did the job for us

Pros: Agents were generally friendly and helpful. No issues with getting to the Aercar offices via shuttle.

Cons: Booked a VW UP!, the agent claimed to have provided an upgraded car and gave us a Nissan March which was in poor condition. It more like a downgrade! Requested them to change the vehicle when we actually got given what we booked.

Pros: Great communication. Car available in time and in great conditions. Pick up / drop up service was quite clear and fast. No hiding costs. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle bus to/from the airport was very good and easy to find. Very helpful considering we arrived quite late at night. Would definitely hire again.
