ÖGVS industry monitor 2021

The ÖGVS is an Austrian independent consumer protection research institute that seeks to provide consumers with information regarding products and companies so that they can choose the best.

Their Industry Monitor is an online survey with a properly weighted sample to match the socio-demographic population of Austrian consumers. It, therefore, presents a good picture of how Austrians view the customer service of companies.
