When we started collecting reviews via Trustpilot in 2015, we never imagined that we'd be at this point eight years later. We also had no idea that we'd hit this mark so soon after the previous one we wrote about.

Without the feedback of our customers, both good and bad, we'd struggle to make the car rental process even simpler, quicker, and clearer — so we hope you keep leaving reviews letting us know what we're doing right and what we can improve.

  We had rented a car through Discover Cars at Click and Rent with Full Coverage. Another party caused parking damage to the rear of the car. By sending the necessary references, the damage was paid back within a week. Great class! I will definitely book with Discovercars next time.

  We had a great experience with Discover Cars in New Zealand. There were no issues or hidden fees when picking up or dropping off the car, and the car was exactly what we were looking for. The price was also a lot cheaper than booking directly with Hertz! We would definitely use this service again.

  Easy process to book. Cost effective with cancellation options. Customer service person (Kevin J.) came back very quickly and sorted out a small 'self made" issue. This far exceeded my expectation and typical reaction time from other car booking services.
