For Domestic and International Arrivals: After collection your luggage, Exit through the terminal doors closest to the car rental desks. Turn left and walk past the taxi area. Proceed to the "Courtesy Vehicle & Rideshare Pick-up" area.

On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

Domestic: Exit the terminal doors closest to the car rental counters. Turn left and walk past the taxi rank. After passing the taxi rank, you will see a footpath with a yellow and black line painted on it. Ensure both colours present on the footpath. Please follow the lines until you see the signage for “courtesy vehicle and rideshare pickup”. International arrivals: Exit the front of the terminal, turn right and walk until you see yellow and black lines on footpath, follow these lines until you reach the “courtesy vehicle and rideshare pickup” sign.
