As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. INTERNATIONAL - On exiting International Arrivals, turn 180° making your way to the Domestic Baggage Claim area, then follow the directions as above for Domestic Arrivals.

Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. Upon your arrival and ONLY AFTER collecting your luggage, please call +61 1300370440 or +61 0450087363 to be collected by our next available courtesy shuttle from Pick Up Zone A. Pick Up Zone A at Adelaide Airport is 100m from the terminal doors. You are required to walk across the plaza towards the multi-level short term carpark where you will see the passenger pickup zones. Please wait at Zone A for collection by your shuttle driver.
