Car Hire at Melbourne Airport

Rental desk is located inside the terminal. Please follow the signs to car rental area.

Please clarify drop-off instructions with the supplier upon pick-up.

Prior to arrival please let us know your flight details for complimentary pick up service as our depot is located off site. On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

For T1 (Cantas), cross one pedestrian crossing, turn right, and walk to the brown shelter labeled Hotel and off airport buses; Wait in the middle section. For T2 (International), there are two exits: - If coming from the T3 end, follow T3 instructions. - If coming from the T1 end, follow T1 instructions. For T3 (Virgin), cross one pedestrian crossing, turn left, and walk past Groups and Charters until reaching the brown shelter labeled Hotel and off airport buses; Wait in the middle section. For T4 (Jetstar), turn left and walk to T3. Cross one pedestrian crossing, turn left, and walk past Groups and Charters until you reach the brown shelter labeled Hotel and off airport buses; Wait in the middle section.

Free Shuttle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 03 8592 6377, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport. Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2. Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.
