Car Hire at Melbourne Airport

Prior to arrival please let us know your flight details for complimentary pick up service as our depot is located off site. On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport. Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2. Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Pick-Up from Melbourne Airport: Once you have retrieved your luggage please contact +61 3 9968 7444 to arrange shuttle pickup From T1 (QANTAS): Turn right, cross the first pedestrian crossing, and turn right again. The shuttle will pick you up at the Brown Bus Shelter. From T2 (INTERNATIONAL): Walk towards T1 on your left, cross the pedestrian crossing, then turn right to find the Brown Bus Shelter where the shuttle will arrive. From T3 (VIRGIN): After crossing the pedestrian crossing, look for the Crew Buses sign on your left. Walk past it and wait near the Brown Bus Shelter for the shuttle. From T4 (JETSTAR & REX): Head towards T3, cross the pedestrian crossing, and look for the Crew Buses sign on your left. Pass this sign and wait for the shuttle near the Brown Bus Shelter.

NOTE: If you live within 100km of Westmeadows VIC, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions. Once you have your luggage and have exited the airport terminal, call +61393345777 for collection by an ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING bus. Melbourne Airport Collection Zone is in the second lane of traffic outside Terminal 2. Within the HOTEL & OFF AIRPORT PARKING BUSES collection area.

Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point.
