Car Hire in Perth

Picked the car up in Perth. Had a little drive to Fremantle and then a longer drive to Margaret River and the surrounding area. Stunning place would definitely recommend, but if you’re going on a wine tour leave the car!!

Travelled to Esperance and all the coast back to Perth.

Went to the margaret river , Rottnest, Perth zoo the aquarium and ate in many wonderful restaurants

Had a great road trip: Perth, Busselton, Margaret River, Denmark, Bremer Bay, Esperance, Lake Grace, Dalwallinu and back to Perth. Amazing places to visit. All of the beaches are exceptional. The jetty at Busselton with the underwater observatory at the end is an absolute must see. The scenery around Margaret River is stunningly beautiful. The Giant Tree Top Walk near Denmark is absolute fab (perhaps not if you don't like heights!). The beaches and bays around Albany, Bremer and Esperance are a must. Sadly the weather wasn't great when visiting Lucky Bay near Esperance but kangaroos are known to be on that beach: perhaps if the weather was better they would have been there. Going inland to Lake Gace and Dalwallinu was also amazing with again, stunning scenery. Easy to drive around in Australia with hardly any traffic to contend with. Watch out for road trains. I felt safer to overtake in designated overtaking places as the road trains are so long. I had a Susuki Vitara. Great car, did a lot of mileage with no problem. Took it to a drive through Laser car wash (Kwik n Clean) in Perth before taking back to the depot. That too was fascinating as not seen one in the UK and cleaned the car beautifully. Overall an amazing trip, beautiful country, friendly people and great car. Oh, and the cost of fuel is half that in the UK! Would absolutely recommend!

We travelled north to Denham and from there south to Albany, just loved WA.

Visited Jurien Bay, Fremantle, Busselton, Albany, Esperance, Hyden and Scarborough Beach

The beeches, Cape Leeuwen Lighthouse, the wineries especially Vesse Felix where the food and wines were amazing. In MR thiEl Toro Restaurant was great

Guildford, just up the road from City Centre Car Hire has a good selection of accommodation and places to eat as well as a station for access to the city. We particularly liked the Rose and Crown Hotel for food. The coast between Albany and Walpole are stunning, especially around Denmark, and well worth the distance. Also the Stirling Ranges and Porungurups

Loved Margaret River and Rottnest Island

Have been to Perth 4 times visiting family so can’t comment as we had seen it before. However took a day trip to Mandurah, amazing place. Western Australia does not receive enough publicity here in U.K. the temperatures helped, 36 when we left compared with 4 on arrival in London!

Headed down the coast to Margaret River.

Lots of great places in perth and SW peninsula and experiences. Weather was unusually poor for WA in November.

We drove up to Geraldton to visit relatives. Car was extremely comfortable and had all the modern tech like Car Play and ACC which makes a long drive stress free.

Watched England Lions Rugby league team beat WA in 2 test matches not done since 1974. Went down the Swan river and to Rottnest island and saw the adorable Quokkas. Beaches.

It was so easy to drive around Perth. Margaret River is a lovely place to just drive around and find different beauty spots.

Visited Western Australia (Perth) for 3 week trip. Great holiday......definitely needed a hire car to make the most of all the great things to do and visit in the area of Perth.

Used as a run around whilst staying an hour from Perth, really economical car to run

The ease of driving from Perth to the Margaret River area was very easy and the quietness of the roads very welcome. The lovely beaches and vineyards were in plenty, a car being essential to enjoy the area.

Perth is full of things to do

We rented a vehicle for circa 12 days during which we toured southern WA covering over 2.6k kms. The empty roads were a delight to drive along. We especially enjoyed the area around Margaret River, Walpole (the Valley of the Giants Tree-top walk), Esperance (Wharton Beach & Lucky Bay) , Wave Rock (amazing) and the Leeuwin Lighhouse

Good for visiting family and trips to the beach, decent sized car and AC very effective!!

We spent quality time with family and old friends.

We travelled down to Margaret River and used that as a base to visit the north and south coast, excellent four day trip.

Just driving around Perth which we know very well.

WA is amazing, plain and simple.

Lot's of sightseeing and great restaurants

Easy roads to drive on, National Parks clearly signposted with good tourist info.

To see Perth and the surrounding areas it's great to have a car to explore. There are plenty of beach areas, nature reserves, national trust parks to visit along with seeing city life and experiencing some fantastic restaurants.

A must visit

The privilege of having unlimited mileage enabled me to travel throuought Perth. I had a fantastic time (even though it was winter) the weather was fabulous and the people very pleasant.

We travelled down south from Perth for our sons wedding, went to some great beaches Enjoyed it so very much Thank you couldn’t have done it without the car !!!!
