Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. If you have issues with accessing the online shuttle ordering system via the SMS link, please call our Reservations team on: Toll Free: 1800 028 881 or International +61 7 5555 8900 and then press Option 2 to request the shuttle pick up

Once you have collected your luggage, call 0061 361 650 838 and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Domestic: Exit the terminal doors closest to the car rental counters. Turn left and walk past the taxi rank. After passing the taxi rank, you will see a footpath with a yellow and black line painted on it. Ensure both colours present on the footpath. Please follow the lines until you see the signage for “courtesy vehicle and rideshare pickup”. International arrivals: Exit the front of the terminal, turn right and walk until you see yellow and black lines on footpath, follow these lines until you reach the “courtesy vehicle and rideshare pickup” sign.

After collecting baggage, call 0061 131 381 for shuttle bus collection. Walk to the end of the terminal, following the signs to Bus, Tours, and Courtesy Coach. At the terminal, turn right and follow the yellow line to the Courtesy Coach Area. Safely walk across the crossing as directed by the Courtesy Vehicles & Ride Share Pickup Sign. The shuttle bus will collect passengers from the Transit Centre Meeting Point.

For Domestic and International Arrivals: After collection your luggage, Exit through the terminal doors closest to the car rental desks. Turn left and walk past the taxi area. Proceed to the "Courtesy Vehicle & Rideshare Pick-up" area.
