After landing in Adelaide (Domestic or International flights): Collect your luggage and step out of the terminal and proceed straight ahead. Look for the Subway sign—this is your landmark. Once you spot it, take a left turn and follow the line of pillars. Continue walking until you reach Pillar A, opposite the red post box.

Once you have your luggage and have exited the airport terminal, call for collection by an ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING bus. Adelaide Airport Collection Zone is 100m from the terminal doors. You walk across the plaza and past the taxi rank, turn left and walk across the pedestrian crossing. There are bus shelters here, where you can wait for collection.

Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. PROCEED TO SHUTTLE BAY FROM TERMINAL: DOMESTIC - Proceed to Baggage Collection, then turn right at Baggage Claim #3 and exit the terminal building following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. INTERNATIONAL - On exiting International Arrivals, turn 180° making your way to the Domestic Baggage Claim area, then follow the directions as above for Domestic Arrivals.

Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point.
