We'd stayed in Sydney City before which we enjoyed but this time we stayed on the Northern Beaches which gave us a totally different perspective. Beautiful place to stay. You do need a car to get around but it's easy to find your way around and driving is hassle free. There's a great bus service to take you into the city so no need to drive on city days.
