Its a beautiful little island, quiet, tranquil and not heaving with tourists. Good walks, good swimming, decent prices.

We enjoyed the beaches, drive through natural vegetation and some of the local restaurants such as Ponta Negra, a Travessa and our stay at the Hotel Colombo.

Amazing island but definitely needs some experience. Not only because of the small and curvy streets but also the racing locals.
