Pros: Nothing, except that the car didn’t break down.
Cons: Cleanliness of the car was terrible. Customer service was terrible. Charged extra for early pick up, but the. Made to wait an hour and I had to call head office of Discovery to get any response. Terrible advert for smaller rental companies. I’ll be using Budget, Avis or Hertz in future.

Cons: Last minute change, irresponsible staff, no show for pick up service, long waiting time for pick up, dirty car both interiorly and exteriorly, forgot to give me a child seat(need to arrange a pick up later), Gave me old car in poor condition that should have been scrapped, no show for returning of car, staff do not know what to do when there is a scratch to the car(I have bought full coverage)
