Pros: Car was clean

Cons: There was very little fuel. It was almost empty.

Cons: Just returning the vehicle was alittle stress full with the works to the return entrance. Needed bigger signage then it would of been 10/10

Pros: Wasn’t deal with, option to upgrade but no pressure to do so. Quick efficient pick up after flight is always good.

Pros: I would like to thank the lady that assisted us with the car pick-up! She was extremely professional and definitely tried her very best to help Sixt with up-selling (or effort to obtain additional revenue for Sixt). She had offered an upgrade for the insurance which I had declined (since I had subscribed to DiscoverCar's 0 excess) and she thoughtfully offered us the Fuel Top Up option during car return, which we took since it made sense that we may be in a rush. Kudos to her! Cheers!

Cons: Try to keep track of repeat clients to prevent them from trying alternatives. Better rates would be great and lower 0 excess insurance premiums.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised to receive a brand-new car on the day of our rental. The interior was spotless and had no odor at all. It was also very fuel-efficient — a great experience overall!

Pros: Easy to locate office and car pick up. Pricing was reasonable. Was offered an alternate vehicle to the one that I originally ordered (went the next size up) with no additional charge. Super easy to drop off vehicle outside of business hours.

Cons: The queue was extremely long when going to pick up the vehicle. It extended outside of the office and back down towards the street. Waited in line for 30mins. Took the next vehicle available at pick up as the one that I had ordered was not ready and I was not willing to wait any longer. There was chocolate in the cup holder of the car.

Pros: We booked with SIXT. Our flight got delayed, but the SIXT service providers were so accomodating and efficient, they waited for us even after their closing hours. They were very nice, polite and professional.

Cons: Drop-off was made more difficult by the company not providing clear instructions (my son and I wasted about 20 minutes in a queue in the rental office only to be told we had to drive around the corner into a car park to drop the car off). The representative could have told this when we entered the rental location but didn't acknowledge our presence. Also, we were informed that any shortage in fuel on return would be charged at over twice the going rate at a petrol station - this is extortionate.

Pros: The driver front right door seemed to be faulty as I had to forcefully close the door hard as to close the door fully. Also, the car wiper liquid level was not topped up at all prior to my collection of my car and after using once the wiper with liquid splashing on the front window, the wiper liquid indicator alert message started appearing in the system screen console in front of driver seat. I had to divert to nearby petrol station to top up the wiper liquid level.

The contact numbers were also incorrect on my paperwork and it took me and my husband at least a good twenty minutes to find a contact number.

Pros: The customer service was very helpful validating my Swedish driver's license (of which I sent a scanned version of the fron and back sides), so that it was sorted out before I left Sweden that it would be accepted for getting the car at Melbourne airport.

Immigration delay has lead to a late car pick up at 930am on 3rd Nov. I returned the car at 830am on 10th Nov, least I expect was your agent to refund me a day's rental fee, which is substantial savings for me. My initial quote was to return at 1030am.
