Pick-up instructions
Free Shuttle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 03 8592 6377, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport. Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2. Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Cons: I certainly did not like the insurance option which was exorbitant to avoid the $5,000 excess. I would have preferred to pay a higher base rental and have a lower excess. This would be the only thing that would make me consider an alternative next time.

Cons: Devil is in detail. $5000 excess is extorsion. Pay 50% of rental fee to reduce excess also extortion. Bait and switch tactics as used by low reputation budget airlines. Information given could be improved by a huge amount if any care was given to put yourselves in the shoes of someone who rarely ever rents a car. Alpha may be old brand but seems just another generic company, nothing to differentiate from any other company, just the lure of cheap laced with traps to trip the unwary. Do Better!

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
A local renter must possess a full (G) driver's licence.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.

In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that matches with the home address on the driving license, type O drivers license.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Australia.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roadside Assistance Cover (RAC).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
