I was told my choice of cars was an MG 3...the agent said he wouldn't rent me an MG 3. We tried 3 cars to find one with a USB -A charger. The rental process took an hour. Terribly inconvenient system of calling from the airport for the pick-up shuttle, no rental desk, no-one waiting (although we provided our flight number and arrival time). Not everybody has a working Australian phone number minutes after landing, it took us almost an hour and three phone calls before we finally got on the shuttle bus.

By then more people had arrived, and so when the next shuttle arrived (and stopped in a different place) the other people all climbed on before us even tho they arrived later, so we had to wait again. With too many passengers we should be allowed onto the shuttle in the order we arrived (the time of the SMS we received could be used as a method)

We called multiple times but got NO response. Another companies' bus driver provided information at the pickup site. Our bus staff were very ignorant and did not speak directly to the customer once or explain what was happening. They only opened and closed the boot for luggage and didn't even offer to assist placing the luggage in the boot.

Cons: They gave me a Australian Northern Territory vehicle. It has done 66,000km. The car is old and not very safe to drive long distance. I will not rent from bargain car rental again.

Cons: Literally the only issue was maps wasn't taking us to the right spot. Absolutely nothing to do with the buisness themselves.

Pros: The drop off staff are not friendly and rude in attitude
