The Rental office is located opposite the T1, T2 & T3 terminals. If you arrive at Terminal T4 you need to make your way to be outside Terminal T3 to proceed. We are on the ground floor of the multistorey carpark opposite Terminals T1, T2, and T3. Proceed to our office to complete your rental contract. Our rental cars are parked nearby to the office.

Pros: The rescue is helpful
Cons: The receipt didn’t brief me about the car details. She has asked me to buy insurance as well as full tank refueling but she didn’t highlight me the importance of the fuel type and let me filling me incorrect fuel which costs me a lot for rescue and day of suspension waiting for rescue. I have the say there is no diesel fuel for private car in many places, presumption of using petroleum is common. Not highlighting me the use of diesel fuel is the fault of Enterprise.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2430.00), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Contract fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher. Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
