Wiber at Ibiza Airport

Pros: Very nice service. Only the pickup from Airport was a wait this time in rain which made it uncomfortable but thereon everything was great service!

Pros: Rien, seulement la navette était pratique.

Cons: -Navette qui est venu qu'à 17:30 (au lieu de 17:00, et on a due interpeller le monsieur car il allait partir) -Me fait payer 58 euros de plus pour l’essence sans me dire -Voiture avec un coffre cassé et une mauvaise odeur intérieur durant toute la semaine -Le plein n’était pas fait -Lors de la remise des clés, la personne à l'accueil a voulu me faire payer le plein entier, ou j'ai mis comme sur moi l'avait donné. -La navette a de nouveau mis 30 voire 40 minutes à nous emmener à l’aéroport

Pros: Attente de 2h pour récupérer la voiture, nous fait prendre un ticket alors qu’ils ne l’utilisent pas, pas d’amabilité, + déposit de 60€ supplémentaire alors que sur la réservation il était noté PAS DE DEPOSIT, je ne recommande pas du tout je suis déçue

Cons: Attente trop longue, pas d’amabilité, lors de la reprise des clés, agent non compétente, deposit pas obligatoire mais qui a été prélevé sur ma carte, toujours pas de remboursement de ce deposit à ce jour

Pros: Young girl at collection was very rude, unhelpful and obnoxious

Cons: Came early as instructions suggested, and was then told I was too early and made to wait 2 mins after my collection time.

Pros: We took the full insurance. The tire then became flat and when we called Wiber we had help really rapidly.

Pros: Collection from the airport, and drop off.

Cons: Car had several scratches on it, which is always a worry when dropping off. Took the fuel and deposit money out off my account instead of suspending it.

Pros: Absolutely nothing, would avoid in the future.

Cons: 1. The agent left us, along with other customers waiting at the Airport for over 40 minutes. 2. The cars are in a terrible condition. They are not cleaned in-between rentals and the car that we were allocated had lots of bodywork scrapes, dents and scratches. The booking clerk told us to ignore it as they were aware and to take photo's to be sure.

Cons: The car that Wiber gave me was full of damage.

Pros: Very happy with rental

Pros: Before we ook insurance with you, But than suddenly there is dammage some where (even if i never drive with maling dammage) and so you take insurance with them and pay 4x as much and suddenly you never have dammage anymore. This happend to me to many times. You can help it, But it is Just the way it goes.

Cons: Discover cars is cheap, and easy to work with. The car also was Just fine.

Cons: The car was dirty and not in the best condition.

Pros: Honest they didn't try to charge me more than promised. That is the most important for a car rental ! Car had several minor damages which I found reassuring as companies repairing every minor defects would charge customers more... So not bothered by this, on the contrary. The cheapest car had already quite nice modern electronics (camera to reverse, android auto etc).

Cons: I had to wait for 3 shuttles at the airport because they all got full too quickly... I was really hesitating to walk to the rental place instead.

Cons: The location is little bit less professional. The wifi was bad so booking was regularly intrrrupted and we had to wait longer. But very correct service!

Pros: They had to be flexible with us as our plane was delayed a bit more then 2 hours. Meaning we arrived post their office hours. We got to pay a fine for picking up car outside of office hours.

Cons: The car we were rented… had a warning signal lit the whole entire time which made us a bit worried, we did call the company and they reassured we could keep on driving. Since the rental was used minimum on our stay in ibiza we couldnt be bother driving back to have it checked or change as we literally stayed on north part of island. Luckily bothkng happened but yes we had to call so they would know this was an issue from pick up.

Pros: Nice and friendly when collecting the car

Cons: When returning after 10 days. It’s expected the car to be a dirty. When you are in Ibiza and going to the beach. I’ve had to hoover the car, otherwise 30e charge. They found a scratch and claimed that it’s new one.. luckily I took pictures and video of the car when collecting.

Pros: Amazing service, super efficient and helpful.

Cons: The guidance of the car partner and the pickup point was a bit difficult to find.

Pros: Very poor. Long wait for the shuttle bus on arrival, then had to queue once we got to the office. They suggested that I take photos of any existing damage but did not inform me that I only had 2 hours to upload any new photos. By the time I checked my emails it was after the 2 hour time frame. It would also have been useful if they had forewarned us about long queues at the nearest petrol station to the car hire strip as this caused us to be slightly late back and they then tried to charge us.

Cons: On returning the car they pointed out ‘new damage’ to the car and said that I would have to pay for it. Fortunately I had taken photos and could prove that the damage was already there. They also tried to charge us for being 15 minutes late back, even though we had tried to call them to forewarn them. However, none of the numbers they supplied on the booking form would connect and their email address was not recognised, so I do not know what we would have done if we had needed assistance!

Pros: Ribbing people off 230 euro total cost for 3 days hire. I should of just used hertz and been able to pick up directly from the airport.

Cons: They know what they are doing with their insurance sales tactic. Rip off.
