Cons: I didn't realise that the office was off-site (from the airport) when booking. There were far more people waiting for the shuttle-bus than could be seated. I therefore caught a taxi at my own expense as I would otherwise have had to wait for hours to get the vehicle.

Cons: The initial car they gave us was EXTREMELY dirty and we had to wait half an hour for them to clean another car for us. They say at the end of the rental they charge €50-100 if the car is mildly dirty, and they probably would have if we hadn't said anything about the original car they wanted to give us.

Cons: We received the car in terrible shape. Took photos and videos of the condition before we left the lot. Upon return to the US we received an email they we were getting charged $250 for damages that we were not responsible for. We sent the pre-rental photos and videos several times and each time the company stated they did not receive them. They seem to have preyed on us as foreign tourists.

Cons: The car... if you hire a car make sure you take either pictures or a video with every bit of damage on the car. The fiat panda I hired was very damaged, there were dents and scratches all over the bodywork. I was sure they would try and blame one on me when I returned it but they didn't. It wasn't very clean inside either the windscreen was dirty inside, I had to wipe it to help see out of it. Get what you pay for really.

Cons: My reservation was for 10:00 but we arrived at the airport at 8:00. I approached the meeting area and let him know that we had arrived early. The rep was surprisingly rude. He told me that we had to wait there in the parking lot until 10. I was with my six-year-old daughter and my husband who had just had knee surgery. He then charged us 100% of the rental for returning it early!!

Cons: Huge queues picking up the car (spent over 2.5 hrs). Forced to pay 150 extra for insurance when I have global cover already. Their card machines set up to decline foreign credit cards. I have a MasterCard with 10,000 limit, sales rep told me he couldn't put 1,000 holding deposit on it because my credit limit was too low. Phoned my creditcard provider who told me the card is fine, the problem is with the vendor. Many people forced to pay 100+ extra, these people are crooks - AVOID!

Cons: When i arrived at the rental office, I asked to change the time in which i drop off the car, for one hour earlier so i didnt incur an óut of office cost´, but the guy who served me said it was not possible.....but if i bought the insurance add on(which was 80 euros), he would be able to amend the drop off time(and save 40 euros). So i did feel like i was being ripped off slightly as it ended up costing me more.
