Cons: I didn't realise that the office was off-site (from the airport) when booking. There were far more people waiting for the shuttle-bus than could be seated. I therefore caught a taxi at my own expense as I would otherwise have had to wait for hours to get the vehicle.

Upon return to the US we received an email they we were getting charged $250 for damages that we were not responsible for. We sent the pre-rental photos and videos several times and each time the company stated they did not receive them. They seem to have preyed on us as foreign tourists.

The fiat panda I hired was very damaged, there were dents and scratches all over the bodywork. I was sure they would try and blame one on me when I returned it but they didn't. It wasn't very clean inside either the windscreen was dirty inside, I had to wipe it to help see out of it. Get what you pay for really.

Cons: Huge queues picking up the car (spent over 2.5 hrs). Forced to pay 150 extra for insurance when I have global cover already. Their card machines set up to decline foreign credit cards. I have a MasterCard with 10,000 limit, sales rep told me he couldn't put 1,000 holding deposit on it because my credit limit was too low. Phoned my creditcard provider who told me the card is fine, the problem is with the vendor. Many people forced to pay 100+ extra, these people are crooks - AVOID!
