Pros: Very easy drop off process

Cons: Really hard sell for insurance, also didn’t show us round the car and when the damage on the sheet didn’t match the car they were dismissive and said just take some photos. In the end we did not have an issue on drop off at all and I didn’t buy their additional insurance so that was good

Pros: Good shuttle service

Cons: Car cleaness and general conditions

Pros: The guy named Victor who was at the drop point was honest with us and explained everything about the refund and the car check as well he had a keen eye. Best rental ever

Cons: 45 euro extra Cost because ´late´ car drop off, We indeed dropped the car 2 hours later than initially mentionned (flight was later) , but it woud have not been a difference in price when (no extra day) mentioned at the originaliteit booking

Cons: very long time spent waiting in line to pick up the car, the car was dirty when I picked it up and very damaged with a lot of miles. They didn't check for damages before giving me the car, skipped it and made me sign it. Very unprofessional service. No way to reach the car rental by phone

Cons: Yet again rental cars seem to give you a car with an empty screen washer bottle. Should be topped up for every rental surely.

Pros: The girl at the desk was rude, she was adamant that the insurance I had already paid for with the rental wasn’t sufficient and that I needed to purchase their own insurance cover for nearly 200 euros.

Cons: Rude staff who lie to con customers in to buying additional insurance.

Cons: The first car didn’t have the tyre puncture kit, so I had to insist they either provide it, so they offered me a different car instead. That delayed the process by almost an hour.

Cons: Car had no screen wash and windows were not clean. Seems like it had just been hosed with water and left to dry.

Pros: Car was great, clean, undamaged and had no problems with it. Drop off was quick and easy.

Cons: Shuttle vehicle from airport to office was not organised. It was basically a free for all whenever the vehicle arrived so we ended up waiting a long time. There was confusion about the insurance - they said the discover cars insurance we'd already purchased wouldn't fully cover us and pushed us to buy their Insurance package too (€230). We were tired and frazzled after the flight and long wait in the heat for the shuttle and it was quite stressful.

Pros: Good selection of cars

Cons: Shuttle pick-up took awhile. I had to argue with the rental desk representative who incorrectly stated that I needed an international drivers' license.

Pros: Was a little slow at the reception and getting the car. But wasn't told that the drop off for the car was somewhere else and only after queuing for 40 minutes and the speaking to the reception they said it needs to go to another destination

Cons: They gave me a better car than what was ordered

Cons: Multiple dings in the car that weren't on the contract that we had to rely on photos taken before leaving the rental office to prove it wasn't me. Long wait at airport for transfer bus to pick up area.

Cons: The agents were horrible. When picking up the car the agent was super nice until we decided not to go with their insurance. She became rude and said well if anything happens it will be your responsibility. The drop off was horrible as well. We were running late as it is and when the shuttle came other people that came after us jumped on the shuttle and the driver said sorry you need to wait for the next one. We told them that we came first and we had a flight in 40 mins and he said oh well.

Pros: Lovely car,very new,no fuel ripoff,easy to find drop off and dealt with quickly and efficiently

Cons: Forced to take insurance. Was not able to leave a cash deposit after my credit card would not work in their machine. It WAS NOT a card limit issue as suggested by the agent. I know this as another resort guest had the same experience with the exact same excuses.

Cons: Basically we did not know that we had rented a car from OK Rentals havihg booked with Holiday Autos!! We spent 45 minutes waiting for pick up from airport and only after asking an alternative car hire driver did he advise who was our rental agent. The information appeared on the 6th page of terms and conditions, two lines from the end of information!!! Why on earth is it not at the top of information provided????!

Pros: Quick pick up and drop off no hassle and staff were friendly. the car only had 7,000Km on the clock lovely to drive.

Cons: Car wasn't washed outside and had dog hair on the inside.

Cons: When something goes wrong - they are a rip off - high costs for punctures, but even when you read the other costs compared to other car companies they are profiteering off our insurance companies.

Cons: Rude staff, waited for an hour at the airport for a shuttle bus, got taxi in the end to get quicker to the rental office, but ended up waiting there for 2 hours until we were able to collect the car. The staff is rude and unapologetic, the car smelt and had dogs hair all over the carpet.

Cons: Car had a lot of marks & scratches, car was also not comparable to what had been booked, although it was a bigger car on this occasion it wasn’t necessary.

Cons: The description of the car rental location is wrong- it is not located at the terminal. They pick you up in a van and drive to the off site location. There we had to wait for almost 2 hours in line because of dozens of other customers. I could have been in and out in 20 min if rented from one of the airport terminal located companies. OK rentals also was trying to overcharge me on insurance that I told them I don’t need. They are maybe a few bucks less expensive than others but my time is also v

Cons: There were so many people waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport that we had to wait for 3 buses before we could get on one. Even then, only half my family could fit on and I had to leave the rest at the airport. I was travelling as a single mother with 4 children and the driver of the shuttle bus, both from and to the airport, never helped me put my heavy luggage in the shuttle bus but just watched while I did this. The shuttle bus was so unreliable and chaotic

Cons: Before I had even started the car a person snatched my bag off the back seat and ran off with it. I went back to the agent to complain but he and the other people were not interested

Cons: Awful experience! Scammers and the worst car hire ever! We were picking up car late at night (and were charged 70 Euro for this), so I had to inspect my car with a flashlight. The car had tons of scratches and dents, which was impossible to reflect in the list. When dropping off, the OK car guy found several small scratches close to the bottom of the car, which was impossible to find if you don't know about them in advance, as a result they charged us 400+ Euro for this "damage".

Pros: competitively priced. but BEWARE they make it impossible to return the car so you pay a late return fee of 40 euros which means you were probably better off paying a bit more to collect/return a car at the airport rather than off site. They DO NOT give correct return location, i spent 3 hours trying to find this spot, even when to the pick up location where they refused to take the car but could not clearly tell me where the return place was. TERRIBLE SERVICE-- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Cons: 1)there were very long queues to collect cars. we spent over 90 mins waiting in line to collect the car. 2) RETURN: they make it deliberately difficult to return the car to charge you 40 euros late return. they do NOT tell you precisely where to return it--i was told it is right by the airport you will see our sign as you drive in. it took me nearly 3 hours of driving in circles around the airport to find the return location. was lucky i didn't have a flight, only a ferry to formentera!
