Centauro at Ibiza Airport

Pros: Car in good condition

Cons: Shuttle at airport is a stressful experience, very unorganised and need to "fight" to get a seat. But actually, once at the agency, checkin i was really fast and efficient

Pros: NOOIT MEER CENTAURO!!! Heel erg teleurgesteld door de desk van Centauro! Hoewel we full insurance hadden geboekt wilde de dame achter de desk ons nog een verzekering aansmeren en we moesten voiraf € 90,00 betalen voor benzine terwijl we full to full hadden. Ter plekke geannuleerd en is er nog € 40,00 van onze creditcard afgeschreven.

Pros: Great organisation pick up and drop off, friendly people, car in very good condition, easy and very good professional level

Pros: Smooth check-in and payment process. Very reasonable price. Deposit returned promptly after car drop off.

Cons: Upon returning the car, examiner tried to pin a few existing scratches on me saying they weren't there when I picked up the car. Luckily I had taken a video of the car before leaving the Centauro parking lot and he was able to see that the scratches were not my doing.

Cons: The fact they charge you 97 euros extra when you collect the car for fuel. And they give you a totally knackered car on collection. And when you return it they charge 270 euros for a scratch on a bumper when the car was completely riddled with scratches, dents etc upon collection. Fucking dreadful company and service!

Cons: There wasn’t a sign to say we were waiting in the correct place for the rental pick up

Pros: Cars are modern, very clean and relatively recent. Service is fast, almost too fast.

Cons: Centauro gives you the car keys without doing a full check of the car. You MUST do it by yourself by taking pictures of everything in details because at drop off they will check everything and make you pay for all scratches. If they can't charge you for that, they will try to make you pay cleaning fees (70€). Be careful.

Pros: Nice shuttle driver and attendant at the desk

Cons: Too far from airport and there were no signs of the shuttle. Difficult to find shuttle at airport. Car was dented!

Cons: They play a scam that you need to pay their insurance although I payed discovery cars, saying that you guys insurance don’t work and I would have to pay 1.200€ even with full insurance hired.

Cons: persistency of the car agent convincing to by full car insurance despite such insurance was already bought through DiscoverCars.

Pros: The speed at the return. The car itself was great.

Cons: Even when you book full coverage, they claim it isn't fully covered and want you to have an extra insurance with them. The waiting at the airport was horrible, everybody just ran to the shuttle bus instead of waiting in line.

Pros: Very friendly agent, same guy for pick up and drop off was great, remembered us and genuinely asked how the holiday was. I didn't get his name but if his details are on our booking please do pass our thanks. Credit to Centauro.

Cons: I find hiring a car in general nerve wracking but this was a smooth and simple process. Would use again

Cons: Discovercarhire gives a full coverage voucher, but Centauro required a 1300 guarantee (very expensive), for the good feeling i paid 75% extra for full coverage again. That's not fair...

Pros: Unbelievable price - £18 for a week, and no catches. Very nice car too.

Cons: They were a bit slow with their transfers to and from the airport, but not too bad.

Cons: Horrible customer service, very unpleasant agents. Bus driver not willing to help at all. Everything took so long. Blocked 1300 (!) Euros on our credit card, because we declined additional insurance. We had full coverage provided by our credit card. NEVER AGAIN. CROOKS
