Pros: Quality of the exact car as per booking.

Cons: On starting the rental, I did not check the many damages (the car appeared to have after reading the rental contract). I was surprised to see so many prior damages, but did find this peculiar. I bet that many other people that rented a car with Sixt experienced the same: arriving home, I got a message that an additional damage was reported which I was unaware about. Ofcourse I was charged for this and I could not substantiate Sixt's claim as I did not check the car on departure. My mistake!
Pros: Service agents were very efficient and very friendly,
Cons: I'm not clear about getting the deposit back and if there were any surcharges or penalties. I didn't get a clear message about the deposit or about addtional charges.

Cons: Queue to get vehicle check in at the Sofitel was frustrating after a long trip.. Initial car did not have GPS so given another. Would have appreciated a brief run down of how to use GPS
Cons: Even though they advertise as in terminal booking, the booking location was outside the terminal. The shuttle was not frequent and had to wait for 30 mins to get the shuttle. The shuttle was packed, and they squeezed 12 ppl on a 8 ppl shuttle for 15 mins ride. Just horrible experience

Pros: The car was brand new and what we needed.
Cons: We did not receive accurate instructions for picking up the car so we went to the wrong place. We then spent 15 minutes trying to get through on the phone to finally be told the correct location (Sofitel Heathrow) which is extremely difficult to reach on foot. We followed the signs for Sixt and ended up in the basement of the parking garage only to be told we actually needed to go upstairs to the reception (which there were no signs to).
Pros: Great lady who I dropped it off to, the person who I met to pick up the car was also helpful
Cons: The man I picked the car up from could have perhaps been a little more understanding of the process as I wasn’t used to renting through Sixt

Cons: The service desk in the terminal is unstated. There is a phone that no one answered. I waited 30 minutes for a SIXT transfer bus to the pick up location with no idea if someone was coming or not.

Cons: Web site booking didn't allow me to drop off car outside office hours. When I went to the office they said no problems and could leave car at Bristol Airport and drop off keys in box.
Cons: Though the agents are friendly but did not highlight the extra-day charge when I happened to collect the car earlier than the booked time by an hour. Had It not discovered by my partner, I would have been “fleeced” a day charge.

Pros: the friendly, positive and efficient approach and action by the staff and their willingness to allocate a vehicle at T5 although the booking stated T2,T3 and T4
Cons: the option to select T5 as the pick up point was not seen on the system and we tried to change the pick up point but the change could not be made there was no manual or guidance instructions regarding the use of the control systems fitted to the vehicle provided in the vehicle
Pros: The car was virtually new.
Cons: I did not get the car or class of car I booked. The agent claimed they were low on supply due to bank holiday. When I protested that this car was not even the same class of car as the new Peugot 308 and in fact it was comparable to a Peugot 208 and compared as such by all the car media, she said SIXT consider it the same class. I would have rented elsewhere had I known this, I chose SIXT specifically for this car. In my original confirmation, it quoted a Skoda Estate as the alternative car.
Pros: Nice car, easy location and good service overall.
Cons: Sixt upselled me on everything telling me that the excess insurance I bought through Discover car hire had nothing to do with them and that if I had an accident I would have to pay the car in full to Sixt because they do not honor the insurance I was sold
Pros: Jerome did a great job helping me.
Cons: I felt as if the price went up dramatically once I was at your location In heathrow. I also didn't have the option to get the inexpensive car that i booked at the heathrow location. All in all i had prepaid for a compact but only given the option of a BMW crossover which increased my cost by 1000 US dollars. We dropped the car off at saint pancras train station and had to drive the block twice due to lack of signage for the location of the rental car drop off.

Cons: Dishonest service and upcharging tactics upon car pick-up. Would not rent from them again.
Pros: Clean car in relatively good condition.
Cons: Unethical. Also, zero feedback upon return. I used them twice this trip. Upon returning the car I did not receive any invoice or receipt. This becomes a particular problem when returning the car outside of normal operating hours like I had to due to an earlier flight when it is unclear whether it was received or there were any problems.

Cons: Lack of response in a timely manner when emailing 'reservations' email address, and impossible to get through to on the phone.

Pros: Everything from time to pick up at terminal, professionalism and humour of the desk. (I upgraded and there were no issues). The situation and ease of leaving the Sixt depot to access motorway and finally driving back and being taken to the terminal. Completely satisfied!
