Pros: Very quick pick up from the airport and collection of the car from the desk
Cons: The car was exactly what I wanted size wise. There was some sort of cord dangling from the right side of the dashboard that would get caught up when I was using the accelerator pedal - this was almost dangerous. The tyre pressure light was on constantly, even when I picked it up. The petrol cap did not close tightly or even lock in place. I told the person about these issues when I returned the car. I doubt if they were fixed for the next renter.

Cons: Agent gave me a car that did not meet my requirement. I specifically asked for a car with a parcel shelf, I was told it had a parcel shelf, but it did not have one. I had to return to the rental counter to change the car for another which added extra time to pick up my rental vehicle..

Cons: They threatened to charge me with a cleaning fee because I split petrol on my clothing when refueling their vehicle for return. They inspected vehicle and signed off then threatend extra charges.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1945.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to pick up the car.
Residents of the following country(ies): Non-UK are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country in order to pick up the car.
