Pros: Quick, clear and kind service. The car was ready within few minutes and the waiting time was very short both at pick up and return.

Cons: The upsell. Got a disappointing car as I hadn’t booked directly with Europcar/Keddy, paid a lot, and they tried to get me to pay more. Also, Discover Cars insurance was worse than Keddy’s. I won’t use it again.

Cons: The car provided to me did not have a functional USB charger and I had to purchase a plug to use the 12W lighter socket. The car had a lot more damages on the roof, side of car and the front left light which were not recorded on the inspection sheet. The car was handed to me unchecked as the staff said that it was too late and dark to conduct an inspection. When we first drove it out of the car rental, twice the alarms for the tyre pressure were alerted and flashing lights on the dashboard.
Pros: Pleasant friendly and efficient staff. Didn’t feel like I was being scammed (as with other rental companies). Clean and modern offices and v quick easy drop off.

Cons: Counter assistant was not giving me his full attention - chatting with colleague about his personal issues. Gave me a car that didn't correspond to my rental agreement (an old Mokka instead of a MG ZS). This was then corrected by a manager - but one shouldn't have to complain to get correct service.

Cons: Niggly points like a tyre was not fully pumped up so light came on. The tank lever was "impossible" to find and should have been advised.

Cons: No car operation manual and no driver briefing especially for new car features. Provision of whatsapp call would be very welcome to reduce roaming call costs.
Cons: I booked the pick up time at 2:30pm but actually pick up the car earlier. I ask your representative whether I have to wait until 2:30pm to pick up the car. Your representing said no problem for me to pick up the at 1:40pm and fine to return the by 2:30pm. However I returned the carat 2:10pm and you charged me one more day rental fee. I am very unhappy of this sad encounter.

Pros: This was NOT Keddy that supplied the car - it was Europcar at Heathrow Airport.
Cons: I ordered a Hyundai i30 or similar. Europcar who were the supplier of the car do not have a Hyundai in their fleet at Heathrow (according to the Desk Agent). So similar to them was the Renault Clio 4. I ordered the i30 as it had substantial boot space for luggage and the Clio provided did not have anywhere near the same boot space. So, I conclude that this marketing/selling of the Car Details in the Rental Voucher is totally misleading.

Cons: We traveled from T2 to T3 after paying for terminal pickup vs travelling on the bus to the pickup depot. When we got to the desk in t3 at 730pm they guys was not interested in helping at all. Clearly had clocked out and off his shift (closing the counter). He offerde no solution other than to take the bus
