Cons: - the car was not clean, with water marks in the the exterior. - when i told the agent we should examine the exterior, upon taking up the car, the agent claimed it's not necessary. - the tank was not fully filled, that i only found out when i refilled the car for the first time

Cons: There are no directions in Terminal 4 on how to get to the car rental place. Had I not rented from Alamo previously I wouldn't have known where to go.

Cons: Firstly, it will over charge your car rental and deposits, if you did check or your card issuer did not alert you for your card transaction amount. Secondly, it will mislead you to sign for car insurance in the form when you take over the car. Lastly, the worst part is that they will send traffic offence notice (their own Enterprise Traffic Violations Department) to you even you have paid the fine online yourself.

Pros: Super easy pick up and drop off. A couple of small dings on the windscreen (not sure if they were caused by us or not) were not an issue, they said they would sort with no cost to us. This was appreciated.

Pros: Vehicle was old, but Clean and the windscreen wipers are not work properly. Will not be renting from them again

Pros: Person dealing with my hire took the time to explain the service and locate the right car.

Cons: Cat was heavily used over 65k mileage but possibly reflected in the hire price. Also took over an hour to collect the car due to a large number of customers arriving at the same time.

Cons: The car had a pamphlet stating how the interior is cleaned and disinfected. I took a wet wipe and ran it over the steering wheel and driver side door interior and it was very grubby after. So someone didn’t clean well, or I have overly high expectations

Cons: Nothing really. It was an older rental car with a few small marks and 40,000 miles on it but that didn’t bother me at all as I only had it for practical reasons to get around. The Vauxhall Corsa was great. It had Apple car play to use with my phone to direct me to places. It was a nice small car that was superb to drive and park on the small roads in UK. During my month with the car I travelled over 2000 miles and the car went beautifully and used very little fuel.

He said it wasn't theirs so if anything happened we'd be charged the full value of the car then have to sue Discovercar to get the money. I didn't pay the extra as thought it was stupid to pay twice but it was very upsetting. We won't use Alamo ever again.
