Pros: When we had an issue with a double tyre cut out, and the car was unrepairable, they found a suitable like for like replacement AND delivered it to us. I must commend in particular Mr Dan Tearle (Mgr- Enterprise Exotics, London HR) who went above the call of duty on a Sunday that he was off to make such arrangements for us. Such customer service is what will make us go back to enterprise in the future.
Cons: I suggest that enterprise have a 24hr roadside assistance number for exotics. In addition to the AA who were not so coordinated.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2030.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations. The following surcharges may apply: congestion fee.

For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
