If you need to pick up or drop off your car outside of business hours:
Please contact the store 24 hours in advance, we will charge an additional fee of AUD 100, please be aware of this in advance.
Arriving at the airport:
1. Please contact us immediately after your flight lands. +61411816810
2. After collecting your checked baggage, please find the public pick-up area (underneath the Royalpark Hotel).
The pick-up point for the shuttle bus is in the public pick-up area (Ring&Ride is 2C).
3.Wait here for 10-15 minutes. Our shuttle bus will take you to our shop to complete the car rental process.

Cons: My flight from Perth was cancelled Friday 16th November. I informed the car rental agent early Friday morning that I was only arriving on Monday 18th at 0730. I was informed that the rental cost could not be adjusted and that I still had to pay the Friday to Sunday rental amount although I did not have use of the rental car. I find this very irregular and downright dishonest. I will be using all available means to claim my money for the 3 days that I did not have use of the car back.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2535.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
