Pick-up instructions
After collecting the luggage, customers have to go outside the terminal (outside the building) through the first exit located next to the tourism desk. They have to go to the P6 - Parque Rent a Cars located on the right side of the arrival hall (300 Mts) where they will be collected by our Goldcar courtesy bus (the driver and the bus will have signs of Goldcar). if the shuttle bus is not there, they can wait there for the bus at this point. This bus will take them directly to our off airport office located very close to the airport (less than 5 minutes away). Clients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport. In case of delay, customers can contact our Goldcar office on the number: 00351 914 348 755.

Pros: The fact that we got a shuttle bus from and to the airport.
United Kingdom
Fiat 500
4/9/19

Pros: The guy who checked us in was great and friendly. Provided good information.

Cons: We were given a discount code for fuel but it was not explained that only certain petrol stations offer discounts.
United States of America (USA)
Fiat Panda
10/17/18

Pros: Nice clean car

Cons: Excessive pressure to buy their insurance and use of a price list as example of costs for common damage to cars. Scare tactics!
