Pick-up instructions
Once customers go outside the airport in the “arrivals hall”, they have to cross (pedestrian crossings) two roads (taxi and public bus lane) and walk through a covered passage with white metallic pillars and a glass roof until they arrive to A BIG WATER WHITE TOWER. They can wait for our Parking Go shuttle bus (white/red shuttle bus) at this car park. This bus will take them directly to our off airport office located very close to the airport. Customers must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport.

Cons: Same as above, Rhodium, as all other Goldcar companies, does not accept Amex, but does not make it clear. So if you don’t have another type of credit card, you are forced to pay for full cover, which more than doubles the price. This happened to me three times, for each Goldcar company: Goldcar, Rhodium and Interrent.

Pros: We've never been treated so poorly - nothing we liked
Cons: - Rude staff, immediately started shouting when we returned the car and claiming we had incurred fees without listening to us - Staff withheld information (i.e. read the T&Cs but we won't tell you) - Car covered in dents- first car we were assigned had dangerous wheel damage that we're lucky we spotted - Overall the conduct of Rhodium has been clearly that of a scam company and staff that are used to extortion.

Driver requirements

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Business hours
