Pros: Add another stand for picking the car from rental. A lot of people were waiting, and it took hour and a half to get my turn. You have a lot of clients, you need more stands and people for the service. Employes were great and gave very good directions and assistance.

Cons: The service provided by RecordGo was exceptional. I just would like to make a small comment about the car itself in case it helps. The issue is that almost didn't use the car's cruise control, which made the long rides a little unpleasant and tiring, because the engine wasn't very powerful so the car accelerated too much constantly, with the resulting "wear-and-tear" of the engine, and much higher gas consumption, which defeats the goal of being an hybrid engine.

Pros: The car we were allocated had clearly been in an accident. There was a large dent in the drivers door and the door handle was missing. There were various other dents and major scrapes all over it. After 2 hours they eventually swapped the car for another one with less damage. The representative insisted we had to pay another 35 euros to get a different car. We had to go to find other Revordgo staff to sort this out. The 2nd car needed adblue added.

Cons: Cheap was expensive.. someone side swiped the car while the car was parking. they had the police report, the companies information. i used a credit card insurance so i declined to use theirs. they charged me 1500 euros and told me to get it from my card insurance.. i am very upset, they have all the details. i don't need to pay for anything... Take it with my card.

Pros: There was one sympathetic assistant who apologized for the loss of my luggage while waiting at the counter. One of the guys apologized for serving someone who arrived about 20 minutes after me.

For driving France border Record-go charged 75 €, which is not clearly explain before rental. The picking up time was about 30 minutes. After the charging “extras” they give me the key and send to find the car at parking lot. Nobody explain about the car specipications.

I photographed what I saw, but unfortunately missed a scratch on the driver side view mirror and was assessed damage for that and an administrative fee. This seems to be some kind of racket that RECORDGO runs. That company will never have my business again.

Cons: Do take note if you did not purchase the FULL COVERAGE! Was assigned a Car with significant amount of body damage. Tried requesting for a change but none was available. Fortunately I took lots of photos and videos of the damaged areas. When returning the car, the staff highlighted that there were damages to the car that were not in their system. Fortunately, I had the photos and videos to proof otherwise. So do be careful. Some of the damage the staff highlighted were even small dinks.

Cons: I have had some poor car rental experiences in Spain but this was the worst. Budget prices are only achievable by under-staffing but this is going too far. Both check in and check out was lengthy and chaotic. No one was prepared to check in for me. The member of staff on the desk told me after 20 minute wait that it was not her responsibility. The member of staff in the car park then told me that it was not his responsibility after another 20 minute wait. They were under-trained and unhelpful.

Cons: They provided the initial car that already had a tyre issue when we picked it up and half way to our destination we had warning lights for low tyre pressure. The tyre then went flat overnight. They charged us £350 for the damaged tyre and made us come all the way back to the airport to pick up another car, which had exactly the same issue with the tyre pressure warning lights.

Cons: In retrospect, I wish we had insisted on reviewing the contract and signing it on paper (instead of electronically). Apparently we bought a deluxe package we hadn't intended and the overall price was considerably higher. We also did not have the opportunity to inspect the car and indicate any problems noted beforehand. The front bumper on our car had apparently been repaired before and continuously dislodged during our trip. It all turned out ok but we worried about it during our travels.

Cons: At the rental desk, I waited in line for over 45 while others cut ahead of me. Apparently I was supposed to take a ticket, but there was no indication to do so. And why, then was there a line? The counter agent was stressed yet very friendly to other customers. She was short with us. I had to return the car because the key fob didn't work and there was no other way to lock the door. No apologies. The new car had no windshield fluid.

First car had an awful lots of marks on the body which I don't mind except that it felt like I was being setup for the cost of repairing them. When returning, I had to queue behind all the people picking up their cars - it took ages and I almost missed my flight. Need separate handling of returns.

Even with a straightforward, problem-free hire, my process took 25 mins once I got to the front of the queue. So, even with four agents, the process was slow. The solution is to speed up the actual hiring process. The whole transaction should take 5 minutes. Perhaps ask people to fill in forms while they are in the queue.

Solo atendían en terminal 1 por COVID y no te avisas. El servicio súper lento 30 min para recoger el coche (otros 40 min peleando el coche por la tarjeta) y la devolución 30 min. Al final en ves de recoger el auto a las 11 salí hasta 12:30 y ni me quisieron modificar la hora de devolución cuando los que tardaron fueron ellos

Cons: RecordGo's contract is predatory, their service is poor, and within 5 miles of driving off the lot the oil change and inspection lights came on. A few miles later, on the same day, a tire pressure warning light came on. When our car was broken into and our stuff stolen, not once did the RecordGo people show any concern. They went straight to the contract and assessed an inflated price for repairs and an administrative fee of 50 euros. It seemed as though they wanted damage to collect addl fees.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.). If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1100 EUR to 2000 EUR, depending on the car group.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards.
If the customer wishes to use Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Total Comfort Cover.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 2 EUR per day.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 40 EUR.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 360 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
