Then changed car for a fiat 500 hybrid that direction was damaged but would run, the steering wheel was turned to side when going straif and left week would skid as it was wonky. Upon return refunded me the petrol deposit of the small car 68.88 instead of the 87.90 that charged me for the original car. They still have not refunded me the 19 euro

Pros: The only negative was an situation where the display froze and we couldn't connect or charge our phones which made navigation challenging but it resolved itself. We emailed and didn't get an email back until days later when it was no longer a problem.

Cons: The service provided by RecordGo was exceptional. I just would like to make a small comment about the car itself in case it helps. The issue is that almost didn't use the car's cruise control, which made the long rides a little unpleasant and tiring, because the engine wasn't very powerful so the car accelerated too much constantly, with the resulting "wear-and-tear" of the engine, and much higher gas consumption, which defeats the goal of being an hybrid engine.

There were various other dents and major scrapes all over it. After 2 hours they eventually swapped the car for another one with less damage. The representative insisted we had to pay another 35 euros to get a different car. We had to go to find other Revordgo staff to sort this out. The 2nd car needed adblue added.

Fortunately I took lots of photos and videos of the damaged areas. When returning the car, the staff highlighted that there were damages to the car that were not in their system. Cons: I have had some poor car rental experiences in Spain but this was the worst. Budget prices are only achievable by under-staffing but this is going too far. Both check in and check out was lengthy and chaotic. No one was prepared to check in for me. The member of staff on the desk told me after 20 minute wait that it was not her responsibility. The member of staff in the car park then told me that it was not his responsibility after another 20 minute wait. They were under-trained and unhelpful.

Cons: Had to pay $1100 deposit that won't be returned for a month after returning the car. Didn't clearly state that it was manual so only one of us could drive it. Wouldn't let me add a friend unless she was there with me, but we arrived on different flights so it was impossible.

Pros: Nothing. Slow service desk, unprepared reps whose english was very broken, cars that were not fit for the road.

Cons: They provided the initial car that already had a tyre issue when we picked it up and half way to our destination we had warning lights for low tyre pressure. The tyre then went flat overnight. They charged us £350 for the damaged tyre and made us come all the way back to the airport to pick up another car, which had exactly the same issue with the tyre pressure warning lights.

Cons: We rented two times. Once for three and 1/2 weeks then after the cruise for 11 more days. Was treated horrible both times. First time bad but I thought it was just a fluke. Second rental was worse. Never again

Cons: In retrospect, I wish we had insisted on reviewing the contract and signing it on paper (instead of electronically). Apparently we bought a deluxe package we hadn't intended and the overall price was considerably higher. We also did not have the opportunity to inspect the car and indicate any problems noted beforehand. The front bumper on our car had apparently been repaired before and continuously dislodged during our trip. It all turned out ok but we worried about it during our travels.

Cons: They try to push on us a lot if extra feesnand ensurances, and when we try to said no they became less and less helpful. Alod the car had from the firs they oil problems which we wrote an e-mail about and never got any reply.

Cons: At the rental desk, I waited in line for over 45 while others cut ahead of me. Apparently I was supposed to take a ticket, but there was no indication to do so. And why, then was there a line? The counter agent was stressed yet very friendly to other customers. She was short with us. I had to return the car because the key fob didn't work and there was no other way to lock the door. No apologies. The new car had no windshield fluid.

Cons: The delay - paperwork. Surely there must be a better way of hiring a car. Why cant you book everything on line with discovery cars and simply pick up a key and go. There is too much time wasted waiting at desks when hiring cars. If airlines can cut queues surely it is not beyond the whit of man to streamline the rental desk booking process.

Pros: Once I was attended to, the process went swiftly and they didn't bug me about buying more insurance since I had bought it through Discover Cars

Cons: The absolutely long line in the sun outside next to their trailer. They only had two people helping at the counter and they were also leaving the desk a lot to get a car, etc. I still have to wait a month to get my 1100 euro deposit back. That seems like an extremely long time.

First car had an awful lots of marks on the body which I don't mind except that it felt like I was being setup for the cost of repairing them. When returning, I had to queue behind all the people picking up their cars - it took ages and I almost missed my flight. Need separate handling of returns.

Cons: From the very start the inside the terminal desk was false as the desk was closed and moved outside the terminal so we had to walk 8 min trough the rain to find the desk and then we had issues with paying the car rental cost and the excess amount as Record-Go does not accept payments from 2 different credit cards from the same person as i wanted the excess amount to be separated from the cost of car rental for security reasons and complained to the staff about with no reaction or understanding

Byłem świadkiem obciążenia innego wynajmującego za uszkodzenie, którego nie mógł spowodować było ono w środku obszaru zniszczonego w ramach uszkodzeń udokumentowanych w protokole wydania. Not being clear enough about the up front deposit of 2,000 EURO's, not clear enough on location, a map would have been far better than bad English instructions. Waiting far too long to get the paper work, only one person on the desk and then having to walk back to where we came from to go to the other desk. The minibus was full of dents, scratches, broken rear bumper etc
