Cons: Drivalia should really ensure that their phones are working and if not let the customers know any alternative. Also please don't scare away customers who are not buying your insurance.

Cons: The pick up process took ages as they would no accept our credit card, which meant having to change drivers. 3 phone calls and 1 hour later we it took to get our car.

Mašīnas jauda bija nepietiekama lai brauktu ceļa posmos, kas brauca kalnā. Bija bail braukt, jo pie ātruma 120 km/h un vēja pirms Valensijas gar jūras krastu 7.02.no rīta, mašīna neturējās uz ceļa un bija troksnis berzei un šļūkšanai pa šoseju pat pie 90km/h.

Cons: It is disturbing that the agents tried very aggressively to convince us that we were not fully insured even though we were. Arguing about this took up unnecessary time at the pick-up and is just dishonest on the part of the agents. That is why we would not recommend Discovercars or Drivalia. Aside from that issue, everything else was entirely satisfactory.

Cons: Time to pick up the car was verry hight. Total time spent was arround 80 minutes.

Cons: Transport to car rental and pick-up directions were confusing - resulting in wasted time and international phone calls. Additionally, morning opening time could be earlier - to give international travelers a bit more time to navigate the airport confusion.

Pros: I liked the price overall, the ease of picking up and dropping off the vehicle, and the vehicle we were assigned.

Cons: We returned the vehicle with a full tank, but the gauge showed it just a bit below full (we picked it up like this as well, and it seems to be just a feature of the car that it never shows full, even right after filling it). They tried to charge us, but I showed them the receipt from the gas station 5 minutes ago, and they didn't charge. As always, watch out for yourself by taking pictures of the vehicle when it's returned, saving receipts, and knowing the terms and conditions.

Cons: The contract states that the car is only available for 1 hour beyond the time indicated when booking. But I was forced to pay another €270, in addition to the contracted amount, because I arrived at the office 1h30 later than I had informed when booking... Or choose to activate the insurance provided by them, which was slightly cheaper than €270. They inform us that we should call in case of delay, but I tried calling the various telephone numbers indicated, and no one answered the calls.

Cons: On dropping the vehicle back off after rental, I had left a few bottles and some bits from the beach in the boot, which when I have used other rentals the rental company would just clean as part of their valeting process. The rude staff member I had to deal with forced me to clean it all or would charge 60 euro cleaning fee on top of her rude tone.

Pros: the car was good but it was not explained how to use it at all

Cons: customer service was some of the worst I have experienced - the man who took payment for the car was unbelievably patronising and it actually ruined our whole day. we were given the keys but no explanation about how best to use the car or even how to charge it, given that it was apparently hybrid, which meant that we didn't know how to do this and so didn't use this charging feature. Overall the worst car rental service I have ever come across.

Cons: Shuttle location instructions are very poor and I even called the desk, but was still unable to find. We ended up taking a taxi to the location.

Cons: It was difficult to find the shuttle; Booster seat was dirty (dried child food or vomit on it); the car was totally scratched; the trunk rear door was not closing properly and the trunk lid was broken. Confronted with the situation, the agent was rude and refused to communicate and be responsive.

Cons: I had to pay an huge amount of 180€ extra just because my flight delayed, so the informed that my car was already rent to another person, then I paid a total of 340€ against a scheduled rental value of 160€. That’s absurd.

Pros: Car had many dents on it, and could have been cleaned a bit better, but apart from that, it was all good.

Cons: The fact that I was forced into paying a premium for insurance because they only accepted credit card and not master card nor american express. This made the car rental twice as expensive as planned. This should have been flagged prior to renting the car or at the very least accept amex and mastercard.

Pros: The car provided was as promised, good value and clean. The shuttle service from the airport was fairly convenient but it would be better if they had more signage to tell you where to expect the bus. Out of hours car return was also fairly convenient, but again, could use more signage and clear directions on where to go.

Cons: The car had some problem with the tyre pressure warning system that they couldn't fix and continued for the entire rental, although there were no other problems. Shuttle service could be better signposted and have clearer instructions for the out-of-hours car return.

When we drop off our car again we wait around 40 minutes for 5 minutes drive to airport. No one from agent didn't call driver to check why there is a delay.

Cons: At Barcelona Airport it was a bit unclear where exactly to stand for the pick-up. It was arranged properly, but the place to wait is long and on arrival you dont want to miss the pick-up

Cons: My flight was changed to 12 hours later, but Leasys refused to extend time to return car, although I had paid for a full day (there were 18 hours left out of the 24 hours I had paid for). Both DiscoverCars and Leasys were at fault.

Cons: I top up the gas twice in the range of 5km from the dropping point and am still being charged e45 for filling up the thank by the company

Cons: Customer service representative didnt appear to be in the best of moods which came off as slightly unprofessional and I had to ask questions in order to get answers for things which are normally explained i.e. deposit return/condition of car on return/ what happens next/bus required for terminal etc...

Pros: The staff was very friendly, we found some more bumps in the car than stated on the paper and they rushed immediately to document them all, so that we wouldn’t get into trouble when returning the car.

Pros: Good price, quick for us to get the car & drop off, but we could have been lucky. Desk staff were also helpful & told us about nearest petrol station for drop off refill, which helped.
