Pros: Mi è piaciuto che si sono messi subito a disposizione purtroppo non parlavano l'italiano sono andato solo per questo un po' in difficoltà per il resto l'auto è risultata internamente pari al nuovo solo un po' esternamente aveva qualche graffio.

Cons: 1- Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che l'operatore non parlava italiano 2 - quando in spagnolo mi ha indicato di fare un video all' auto noleggiata non e venuto con me a osservare i vari graffi mi ha messo un po' in ansia successivamente perché pensavo che dovevo chiederglielo io di venire a guardare quello che registravo nel video in modo da rilevare insieme i danni prima di guidare... Alla fine è venuto a guardare quando ho riconsegnato l'auto. Comunque ritornerò se avrò bisogno e tutto ok.

Cons: Absolutely no. I had to pay 129 euro for full cover. But i already have cover from discover car on first reservation. They forced me to pay 129.5 euro.

Cons: Extremally unprofessional workers of Divalia that were doing all in their power to sale extra services. I kindly refuse all of them, and wanted to pay deposit. After refusal of all the extra covers (as I purchased one online), staff was purposely making my rental experience as unpleasant as possible, which was extremely unprofessional. The worst was guy name „Max” i don’t know if that real name, as workers of Divalia don’t have their names written on their uniforms. I do NOT recommend Divalia.

Pros: Conveniently located near the airport, the car was as promised—if not better. Service was reasonably fast for both pickup and drop-off; however, drop-off could be quicker, especially since I had purchased the full insurance, which should have eliminated the need for an inspection.

Cons: The rental agent coercively pressured me into purchasing the full insurance, dismissing the valid coverage I already had. She did the same with my brother, who was with me and had purchased your insurance through DiscoverCars, but was told it was not sufficient and was forced to buy Drivalia’s full coverage instead. In both cases, the agent did not even ask for his consent at first—she simply stated the cost (€108) and initiated the payment on the machine without explanation.

Pros: The agent that helped me get the car was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The car brand was not what I expected and it had too few power for its weight, or the engine is too exhausted already.

Cons: - did not answer the phone for 4 hours during office hours. - I was late because of a late flight - they did not wait 5 minutes after official closing time to help and I was stuck without a car until the next day. - when I got to the agency the next day they just tricked me: 1.said the car is a no-show and it would cost 170 euro to reactivate then 2. charge my cars then 3. give me the contract that says I paid for a car upgrade (I never wanted) and not for reactivation. simply fraud!

Cons: I was told the amount for €30 was a holding deposit for the breakdown services, but this infact was a charge. When I booked with Discover Cars there was no mention an additional charge was required. The only way to release the car was to buy their insurance (€266.00) even though I had my own, but for some reason my credit card wasnt working on your machine even though I never have had issues with this before. The staff in the office were seriously unfriendly and ruthless.

Pros: After being scammed by an earlier company, Surprice (Sofia, Bulgaria) I was super sceptical when I arrived at Drivala. I was waiting for the next dishonest scammer. And when I returned the car, I was feeling stressed about what would be done. To my pleasant surprise I just checked the car over and said everything was fine and gave me all of my deposit back. Nothing tricky or scammy. I was very grateful and will certainly use them again.

Cons: Pick up at the airport was confusing and we ended up waiting too long and had to eventually walk to the office.

Cons: Hey are a bunch of scammers. Curt and rude agents. Cutting my off while talking and virtually telling me to shut up. They push you to get the insurance passage and when you red by barebones because your CC covers you they “find” new damage in a car that was previously full of it (cosmetic). You initially inspect the car alone in a dark and cramped coveted parkade, making it very easy to miss things so you can’t counter their affirmations and they have you because of the deposit.

Pros: Other than lots of scrapes, scratches and several small dents, everything was great.

Cons: I was disappointed with the level of support provided. It felt as though customer satisfaction was not a priority, and the assistance I received lacked the attentiveness and follow-through one would expect. I hope the team considers more customer-centric approaches moving forward.

Pros: Despite the problems found, it was a pretty quick and smooth process.

Cons: The receptionists of Drivalia were quite rude and unhelpful and sighted when asked for help. The experience was not very pleasant. Also, they tried to give me a car without coolant liquid and got annoyed when I asked a different car if they could not top it up or allow me to top it up as it was 40 degrees in Spain at the time.

Cons: Although I did notify Drivalia about my flight change they refused to provide the car earlier. The service team was absolutely unhelpful. They also pushed me very hard to buy insurance which I already had from DiscoverCars.

Economic prices, they gave us exactly the car we asked for and it was in perfect condition and they even take you from the airport to their shop when you arrive and they drop you off for your departure!! Amazing kind and highly recommended by me for sure!!

Cons: On arriving at Barcelona airport, I just missed a Drivalia shuttle bus to their office. I then had to wait 40 minutes till the next one, significantly delaying my onwards journey. Upon pointing this out to the Drivalia front desk, instead of an apology I was give a patronising lecture about how this was the only option and that essentially I should suck it up.

Cons: It is disturbing that the agents tried very aggressively to convince us that we were not fully insured even though we were. Arguing about this took up unnecessary time at the pick-up and is just dishonest on the part of the agents. That is why we would not recommend Discovercars or Drivalia. Aside from that issue, everything else was entirely satisfactory.

Pros: I liked the price overall, the ease of picking up and dropping off the vehicle, and the vehicle we were assigned.

Cons: We returned the vehicle with a full tank, but the gauge showed it just a bit below full (we picked it up like this as well, and it seems to be just a feature of the car that it never shows full, even right after filling it). They tried to charge us, but I showed them the receipt from the gas station 5 minutes ago, and they didn't charge. As always, watch out for yourself by taking pictures of the vehicle when it's returned, saving receipts, and knowing the terms and conditions.

Cons: The contract states that the car is only available for 1 hour beyond the time indicated when booking. But I was forced to pay another €270, in addition to the contracted amount, because I arrived at the office 1h30 later than I had informed when booking... Or choose to activate the insurance provided by them, which was slightly cheaper than €270. They inform us that we should call in case of delay, but I tried calling the various telephone numbers indicated, and no one answered the calls.

Cons: On dropping the vehicle back off after rental, I had left a few bottles and some bits from the beach in the boot, which when I have used other rentals the rental company would just clean as part of their valeting process. The rude staff member I had to deal with forced me to clean it all or would charge 60 euro cleaning fee on top of her rude tone.

Cons: customer service was some of the worst I have experienced - the man who took payment for the car was unbelievably patronising and it actually ruined our whole day. we were given the keys but no explanation about how best to use the car or even how to charge it, given that it was apparently hybrid, which meant that we didn't know how to do this and so didn't use this charging feature. Overall the worst car rental service I have ever come across.

Cons: I had to pay an huge amount of 180€ extra just because my flight delayed, so the informed that my car was already rent to another person, then I paid a total of 340€ against a scheduled rental value of 160€. That’s absurd.

Pros: Car had many dents on it, and could have been cleaned a bit better, but apart from that, it was all good.

Cons: The fact that I was forced into paying a premium for insurance because they only accepted credit card and not master card nor american express. This made the car rental twice as expensive as planned. This should have been flagged prior to renting the car or at the very least accept amex and mastercard.

The shuttle service from the airport was fairly convenient but it would be better if they had more signage to tell you where to expect the bus. Out of hours car return was also fairly convenient, but again, could use more signage and clear directions on where to go.

Cons: The car had some problem with the tyre pressure warning system that they couldn't fix and continued for the entire rental, although there were no other problems. Shuttle service could be better signposted and have clearer instructions for the out-of-hours car return.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, we found some more bumps in the car than stated on the paper and they rushed immediately to document them all, so that we wouldn’t get into trouble when returning the car.
