Ok Mobility at Barcelona Airport

Pros: Perfect price, ordered a peugeot 3008 but got a better high tech Lynk&Co 01 which had perfect driver support and multimedia systems.

Cons: Car was not spotless clean, i needed to wash it and clean the windows inside. I got a warning that the coolant level is low and needed to buy a coolant fluid.

Cons: Wring directions on the boo kung confirmation and at the airport for finding the rental office. Car was not clean on pick-up.

Pros: Car was easy to pick up and very close to the terminal. Only issue was with the damage record on the electronic contract. You don't see the car, to check it, until you have signed the contract.

Cons: The electronic contract is emailed to customers and had no damage registered on the diagram, but the car had several examples of damage. The agent said to photograph these before taking the car, but my preference would be to mark these on a physical (or electronic) diagram, because this is stated requirement of the 3rd Party Insurance policy and to avoid any dispute at drop off. So not being able to do this was cause of some worry. It would be better to mark damage on the contract at the start.

Maybe this happened because I declined the offered road assistance and insurance, as I already have coverage through my main insurance company. The agent deliberately misinformed me about the total miles of my expected journey and tricked us in paying for an additional 1,000 klm she said 3,000 were not enough to cover the distance between the cities we were going to travel. Actually the total distance ended up being 2,000 klm and we did not need to pay for 4,000. Also we were not given paperwork when picked up or dropped off the car. No paper/email receipt.

After phone discussions with customer serv they refused to change it and ended my call. We picked th car up at 1.55pm after landing 1200 Barc and had to return it by 10.30am. The reason we collected the car so late was because when we called OK said that the shuttle bus only operated mon-f 9-5. So we had to take a taxi for €25. 2 hours after landing!

He is on the lookout for ways to claw-back any of the good pricing you have received when you rented and he seems to pick on non-Spanish drivers.And so slow! Cons: I paid 115,27 euro prepayment. Next 112,24 euro at the OK Rent a Car desk in Barcelona. The full coverage voucher (108,90 euro) was paid in vain. This is because i paid an extra full coverage 25 euro per day for 15 days, because i spent two days in Andorra and some in France. Please consider that i i paid this extra insurance not only for the days i used the car abroad, but also for using it in Spain. This is not fair!

We rang up Ok Car Rental to be told it was "on its way". 20 minutes later there was still nothing. Rang up again for Ok Car Rental to start to ring the driver who then mysteriously turned up. The car rental place is 3 miles from the airport, a 5 minute drive. As the minibus turned up, there was too many passengers to get on so had to do several trips. Terrible service.

Pros: price, ease of booking reservation, quick check-in and check-out

Cons: little to no guidance about how to operate the car; this was an issue because the car could be switched between manual and automatic

Pros: I rented Audi A3 and it was in a great condition. The stuff is quite helpful too. The drop-off was super fast.

Cons: There was no car manual in the glovebox. When there are a lot of people after 10 am, you might wait for a long time as there are only two representatives working.

Cons: Took 50 minutes to be collected from poorly described pick up point, booked and had confirmed an automatic and was forced to take a manual, offered a smaller discount than the actual difference between both cars, no windscreen washer in car upon collection which would suggest cars are not properly checked.
