Cons: The lady on the desk was very in helpful. My voucher couldn’t be honoured dues to a flight delay and she was very rude to deal with. It’s not a great start to a holiday being stuck in an airport for over 6 hours to then be refused a car due to a flight delay.

Pros: Easy process in-out. Did not insist on buying extra options / insurances.
Cons: Barcelona airport does not have celar signs for the car rental area. Was a bit tricky till we figure it out.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1650.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car. The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
