Cons: Nice car, but everything else horrible from start to finish. Took over an hour to pickup car and agents kept letting people butt in line. Then we dropped it off, and received an email after that there is 'damage' they're trying to charge us for. There is no damage, and I took videos/photos during pickup and at drop off to prove otherwise. Horrible customer service and actual scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Pros: Overall, everything was easy. And I was provided with the car of higher level than requested.

Cons: During check in my Revolut banking card didn't work and I was asked to provide any other card issued in Spain. Despite the fact that I have Spanish bank account in Revolut with Spanish IBAN (it should work for 100%) I had to ask my friend to bring my other bank card. That's definitely an issue on the rental agent side.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2930.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car. The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
