From the arrivals hall, please turn left and follow the yellow lines for 300m. The Firefly rental counter is located next to Norwegian. Upon arrival at Terminal 1, customers can use the free shuttle bus that runs between both terminals. Please exit the arrivals hall of Terminal 1, go down the stairs next to "Caffe Di Fiore" to the lower level of the terminal, here you will find the shuttle bus stop.

Pros: There where scratches and damages on the car and they didn't even want to check it up since we had your insurance and not too theirs... Their comment was that I had to take photos on all damages myself and at the same time sign a "no damages upon delivery-document"... Indeed not serious or efficient!

Cons: Upon return they wanted to charge us 200Euro for sand in the car. (It was raining the day of departure, so some sand was brought into the car from the parking lot)

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: I could write here hours but I'll just say they'll stole 200 euro from me when they explicitly say in their terms and conditions that they accept debit cards, then they'll ask you more than what you paid for the entire rental for a useless total coverage that you already have. Maybe next time I'll set fire to that shit instead of returning it without a scratch on it.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
