Click&Rent at Barcelona Airport

Pros: They did not force us to clean the car, so we returned it clean.

Cons: There were scuff marks and small bumps in many places on the car. It wasn't very clean. One of the hubcaps was missing. The malfunction light was constantly on the car's dashboard. We had no problems when we returned the car, but we felt that customers who came there to return their cars were trying to find a defect in their cars. They were constantly asking for videos of the scuffs and bumps on the car when they received it to prove that they had previously had them.

Pros: Nothing, it's awful

Cons: Very unfriendly and not wanting to help at all

Pros: Outside Barcelona airport.

Cons: Being told numerous times to take pictures video clips of the condition of the car. The car was parked out on the street and it was dark.

Pros: There is NOTHING you can like about them. AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!

Cons: ClickRent is a SCAM. 1. The day I was on my way to Barcelona I received an email saying “Your Mercedes is not available. We can provide mini cooper and the next day you can come back to change”. Told them it’s their fault and they should give me a free upgrade. They gave me BMW X1. 2.they tried to charge me extra full insurance I didn’t want. 3. They tried to scare me to force buying full cover. 4. They don’t provide state of car at pickup in the contract to later charge you for every scratch

Cons: We had to purchase adblue Car warning lights went on

Pros: Car was covered in dents and not clean.

Pros: Sergio was super friendly and we were at the terminal within 5 minutes of returning our car. Mucho gracias Sergio

Cons: The pick up from the terminal could have been quicker

Pros: Absolutely disgusting customer service. Was extremely close to getting in a fight with a worker at click rent who basically threatened my wife. I was utterly disgusted and shocked. Car seats piled high everywhere, zero help. Threatening behaviour by the person in the carpark lobby who was there to help.

Cons: The comment made to my wife was ‘what kind of mother are you that you can’t even fit a car seat on your own’. He then got very close to my face when I challenged his behaviour and called me ‘thick’ and ‘mental’ and told me to ‘sort my wife out’. Honestly never ever experienced anything like it.

Pros: They do not accept third party, online full coverage insurance, and they kind of force you to buy their insurance. So I had to pay twice for insurance! Also, if you need to drive the rental car outside of Spain you cannot do it with ClickRent company unless you pay $800 across the border fee. They do not inform you orally when you rent the car from them. You need to read the contract. Also, they do not send you contract when you book the car online. They only give it to you when you arrive .

Cons: Unfortunately you need to take a shuttle bus to get to the car rental place from the airport. There is a long walk from the airport terminal to the ClickRent Shuttle bus stop. Car rental company location is 10 minute ride from the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15-20 minutes. Also, with this car rental company you should not purchase insurance online through the third party. They have their own insurance which is more expensive than the one you buy online.

Cons: Service was awful, staff were rude and not understanding of the amount that they were charging

Pros: Service wasn’t great and the cost was higher then advertised…..not good .We spent around 500£ for the car which is not good.We looked for vw car and we got the cheapest car

Cons: None, a lot of the vans to transport a different clients from another rental cars where there and they confirm that the click rent is the worst setvices

Pros: After the misunderstanding about DiscoverCars they explained everything. I had to pay more but at least was I fair price, deposit already paid back also the girl who I spoke to was very polite.

Cons: Too far way from airport but this time wasn't their mistake.

Pros: They were so helpful in making sure we got our rental even though our flight meant we were very tight with their closing time. Very polite staff.

Pros: The very good part is the support from the drivers who also are helping a lot for pick up and return the car, specially Ilias (barcelona point)

Cons: I definitely did3like they offered at first a completely diff6car from the range booked , trying to convince me that gir them os same segment. The lady was also quite unfriendly , only by insistimg they gave me a better car. Moreover they always try to sell addi6insurance saying that the one offered by the dealer you purchased the rent is not covering all, but the contract says the opposite.

Pros: The experience was really positive. I had booked an Opel Corsa, looking forward to driving it for 16 days, especially since it is not available in India. Instead, they provided a 2023 VW Polo 1.0 DSG. The staff were commendable, particularly during the drop-off process. The car performed excellently. I had opted for unlimited kilometers and ended up driving approximately 3500+km over the 16 days.

Cons: I deducted two points for the following reasons, which I found quite bothersome: 1. The shuttle service was challenging to locate. It would have been much more straightforward to take a taxi from the airport, as the Clickrent office is located inside a basement car park. 2. Despite being aware that I had obtained full insurance coverage through DiscoverCars, they attempted to persuade me to purchase their insurance for €350, which I found somewhat irritating..

Pros: Overall the service was very good and the staff available and helpful. Andrea, Imanol, and Ilias in particular were extremely nice and helpful!
