Cons: Your company took $1100 from me because of my wife’s mistake. We did not spend one second in any of your cars yet we got stuck with the money we had pre-paid. Your customer service has ignored the last two emails I sent. No partial refund, no partial credit towards a future rental. This is NOT how a reputable company should do business.
Pros: It was my first car rental with SIXT and my best experience with a rental car ever. Very fast pick up in Barcelona and also very fast drop off. Very easy - please go on like this, that was a very good customer experience. Thx guys:)

Cons: I was charged 15€ to leave the country (when the info I had was that it was covered). I was charged 15€ because the retrieving time was delayed by 2:00. The lady on the front desk delayed my experience by trying to sell me a bigger car because my bags “wouldn’t fit the trunk”. Not only they fitted, she wasn’t clear on her intentions: “Let me see if I can get you a bigger car.” Never talked about a different category z

Cons: They are trying to take money from you by anyway possible..while taking the car the seller spent 45 mins trying to convince me to take all the insurance and lied by saying that my discovercarhire insurance doesnt work. Furthermore, when I dropped the car, I asked the person in the counter to check and the car and she said no need. A few days later I received claim request saying I damaged car, even though I have strong reason to believe this wasnt caused by me
Cons: I did insurance to cover all problems 210 EUR. I got a car with air condition problem. I have paid the a attention of the representative and he says it's going to be all right as the car will move. We suffered from the heat badly. Called twice the service, after negotiation they said that a mechanic will return to us in 10 minutes, no one has returned. There was no close town to change the car. Although we drove 2,600Km. We claimed and got only 10% discount. Can you do anything?
