Pros: Very quick seamless process once I eventually got to the front of the queue for pick up and got my fuel deposit back within 24 hours, my car was upgraded at no extra cost. Drop off was very quick

Cons: Picking up my car took nearly an hour, the service was awfully slow with very few agents available

Cons: Poorly maintained car, the Agents complete lack of customer care, lack of following their own conditions, fabricating ‘new damage’ and charging my credit card a ridiculous sum for a minor surface mark (which was there until they rubber their hand across dusty paintwork) without advising of the charge as their own conditions say they should. In hindsight the bonnet marks were charged seem to be a theme with Record (see web reviews)!!

Pros: Quick pick up. Easy to find the car

Cons: Had to sign a condition form at the desk before I got to the car in the multi story. Car had a crack in the wing but I had paid to waver the excess so wasn't an issue. Car broke down on day 2 with a flat battery. There was another car, same model, same company broken down with the same issue in our car park. Breakdown service was useless. We were lucky to find a knowledgeable local to help us out.

Pros: Seemed like nice people.

Cons: Arrived T1 BCN to be told car we ordered not at that terminal. We could either transfer to T2 by bus or pay E80 (instead of 150) for an upgrade. Went o T2 to join back of long queue. Whole process took well over an hour.

Pros: Car as described. Clear instructions and guidance given by staff. Car great to drive and no problems.

Cons: A bit tricky finding the rental area, however that is an airport challenge not a fault of RecordGo. Waited quite a while to pick up. Only 2 staff to manage a reasonable sized queue. They were clearly going as fast as they could do maybe more staff needed for busy periods.
