Pros: The car was ok

Cons: Even though I had full coverage from Discovercars they told me it is not good enough for them. They said to me that all of their cars were new without a scratch, which was untrue. They try to scare me that even a little scratch will cost me €350. Then when they tried to close the deposit of 2400 euros for some reason it didn’t work. I checked with my bank later. I have no problem. So I had no other option but to take their full coverage which was five times more than the amount I paid

Cons: ביקשו מאיתנו לא לעשן ברכב ולדלק אמרו שמקבלים מלא ולהחזיר מלא. בפועל קיבלנו רכב עם ריח סיגריות, ועם שליש דלק. בנוסף היו רעשים ברכב. לזכותם יום אחרי באו והחליפו רכב למשהו הרבה יותר טוב אבל את התחושה הראשונה של השירותיות כבר הייתה ונשארה.

Cons: * The car was not there at pickup time (11:00) * 1.5 hours later I could get a replacement car, which just came in. It was very briefly inspected by the sales person, pretending to make 5-8 photos of places I indicated where damage was present, but in fact only put one photo in the prior-damage report. I myself made photos too. * Upon return two scratches. One place was already scratched as could be seen on my photos at pick up time.

Cons: The rental car representative forced me into paying the high-priced rental company's insurance policy though I showed her that I had purchased such a policy externally. The representative was adamant that it wasn't good enough and unwilling to release the car, but I stood my ground. I gave her my credit card twice so she could charge the (large) amount needed for security, and she said the payment was refused, though the credit card company told me via phone that both were authorised. Car broke down, service was just "it would be better to take care yourself as it is sunday" and the car after starting again, broke down again, and when we somehow got it working and dropped off without filling it up (because of fear of stalling at the gas station just before the flight) - they asked extra without taking any responsibility of cars malfunctions. Never gonna use that rental again.

This goes against the broker's rental agreement (DiscoverCars), which states that the deposit will be returned once the car is returned without any issues. Additionally, PriceCarz charged my credit card Є2400 instead of placing a hold as outlined in their own rental agreement (clause 6.2). This unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card statement and has no contractual

Cons: Did not check the car on return with me there, saying they need to 'clean the car and it takes a while'. Then they proceeded to email me with damage reports that were in accurate. This was swiftly put down when I provided evidence. The original check wasn't up to scratch. Make sure you go over with a fine tooth comb to remove issues when dropping off, the company obviously does this on purpose to try catch you out.

Very disappointed that we ended up spending another £159 on our rental. waited 45 mins to be collected and 30 mins for transfer to airport. Terrible.

Na szczęście po wnikliwych obliczeniach i analizach wyszło że jednak nic nie przybyło. Najbardziej spodobało mi się uczucie ulgi jak zwolniono depozyt.

Pomimo powiadomienia wypożyczalni, iż z powodu opóźnienia samolotu będę 2 godziny spóźniony i otrzymania odpowiedzi że nie będzie problemu, po przybyciu na miejsce oznajmiono mi że zlikwidowano rezerwacje. Zaproponowano nową ofertę na ten sam samochód, której koszt był dwa razy wyższy. Było już późno więc będąc bez wyjścia musiałem się na nią zdecydować. Po czym przy płatności doliczono mi dodatkowo jeszcze kwotę za rezerwację którą sami wcześniej anulowali. Dno!!

Cons: When we returned the car the representative informed us that he would not be releasing the excess hold on our credit card as he was unable to inspect the car for damages. He maintained the vehicle was too dirty. We had hired the car for x10 days and it had some road dust on it only. We suggested he clean the car, we would wait, but this was not possible as their car wash was closed. We did not like leaving the car without being present during the inspection.

Pros: Although I bought insurance in advance through the Kayak website, when we arrived at the car rental location, we were informed that our insurance does not actually cover anything (because we need a police permit when necessary) such as scratches, etc., and we were told that we have to pay an additional 260 euros for full insurance! And don't say I didn't check... I sent an email ahead of time to the place and asked - will there be additional charges? They answered confidently - it would not be.

Pros: The car was clean. But the tank wasn't full (neither GPL nor petrol) and it wasn't really the car we'd reserved. Eventually they managed to pick us up at the airport and get us to the rental office-- though this wasn't seamless. Everyone was very nice and presentable, of course-- but that's to be expected.

It is possible, though not certain, that the statements given by the company's representative were accurate and that the contracts adhere to the letter of the law, but the fact is that they know that they have you once you're in the office-- you aren't going to leave without the car. Cons: The car company isn't at the airport, I had to wait about 30 minutes to pick up plus 10 minutes drive to the parking garage, so overall I've waited about 40 minutes just to get there. To be short, the staff was awful. I ordered Toyota RAV4 4x4, because I wanted to travel in mountains and drive at snowed road and becausewe are 5 person family with lot of luggage. Instead of it I got a Seat Ateca, smaller car without 4x4. I been charged the same price!

I'm sure they know exactly where the scratches are in order to get their 100 euros, which they lost when selling additional insurance. it really ruined the rental experience

Cons: Lots of scratches on the car. None were noted since the car was borrowed from a sister company. Extremely dirty interior seats/probably previous damage. I was offended. I did not want a diesel. It was the only option for an automatic. I was asked to explain every scratch with pictures..it was humiliating to explain the inside. We did not even touch the back of the car, I felt accused for not taking pictures of it as if the company did not know what they gave me..car drove very well, no problems.

They charged $ 250 for a tiny scratch that no rental agency does. It is just a way of offering the lowest prices and making it up by such arbitrary and unethical charges. Either choose full insurance or be ready to pay for such charges which their employees levy if they find that you have not taken full insurance.

Cons: I have driven with my overseas license everywhere in Europe except here they made a deal just to get full insurance. Would email to clarify everything before hand. Would not really recommend them again. You have to call them to come and pick up which is also not ideal.

Cons: They scared me that the insurance we took out doesn't cover and then I have to pay for the repair. And they tried to sell me additional insurance for 200 euros!? Faulty spark plug socket. Therefore it was not possible to charge the mobile devic And about the cleaning.. There were 2 coin sized chocolate stains on the back padding. Can be cleaned with foam that costs 2 euros. And the vehicle was dirty and had to be cleaned (I knew it would cost 10 euros) They charged me 30 euros for the cleaning!

Cons: 1. I felt very pressured to take out their own insurance, and pay with physical cash. They kept on stating that the insurance through discovercars was insufficient. 2. Condition of the car: The gear box and front suspension was tired. The drivers side headlight blub was blown and the wipers were too worn to properly remove water. 3. Prize cars instructed me to clean the car before I returned it. 4. The seatbelts in the airport transfer vehicle did not work.

Pros: Car was delivered an hour late, on return the examination of the car was outrageous, like they must find something!! And indeed they claimed that few microscopic scratches were new and required fixing.. never seen something like that in over 40 years as renter. Then the deposit was not released for few days .. giving a very bad taste overall…

Pros: I rented the car from PriceCarz using discoverscars.com. Fare price, excellent car. Taking the car and returning it were very efficient. Great staff. When I landed in Bucharest, I called them and they came to take me from the airport to their rental location which is 5 minutes drive away from the terminal. When I returned the car, they took me back to the departure terminal.

Cons: They don't have a rental desk at the landing terminal, but only 5 minutes away from the terminal. That's not a big issue because the come to pick you up from the terminal and they drop you off at the terminal upon car return

Pros: Oana (the rental agent) was very friendly and professional. She explained everything in detail from terms and conditions to extras and insurances. I got an upgrade so in the end turned out to be a very good deal. Car was working perfectly having in mind that I drove few hundreds of km in two weeks. Be sure to take videos and pictures of the car when you rent it because when I came back I have been asked about most of the dents and scratches that were already there. Saved by the videos.

Cons: The security deposit is a bit high having in mind that even if it's released by Pricecarz once you get the car it still takes up to 30 days for banks to process it and for the release of the amount on the card.

The staff was not properly trained, contract listed wrong drop off time and did not include baby seats I've ordered. 4. Upon drop off, representative Diana I. was absolutely rude and impolite. For every reasoning given regarding the damage I've been accused in, the final answer was "It is your problem".

Cons: You have only 2 hours to pick up the reserved car. They don't mind about delayed flight or any trouble you have arriving to such a far destination.

We mixed my creditcard with the one of my husband and the payment machine didn't mention that the pin number entered was wrong (like most machines do). so we tried the pin number confused why the machine kept asking the pin number until we blocked it and then couldn't leave a deposit on my husband's credit card. so they refused to take my card and they obliged us to take an insurance with them even thought our credit card was covering it.

Cons: The car had about +90k miles (it’s about 150k KM) and had (as expected for that mileage) lots of scratches/dents. At pickup, the agent said they don’t have any records of any damage for the car and suggested I shouldn’t worry since I am fully insured. If we were to mark all damage on the paper, we would have filled the page. Luckily I took pictures (lots) at pickup and was able to justify some scratches/dents they “discovered” during the drop-off check. For me, this approach raises some concerns

(first time when I am ask to do that)
