Pros: Pickup desk only had one person, and the party before us was unworldly, hence took a long time. We waited for almost 45 minutes, with no solution offered as to how we could pickup our car at the appointed time. The link you sent me by email for car drop off location was wrong. It showed OTP airport. There was no sign for rental car drop off at the Iasi Airport either. Even at the drop off area, no signboards for any rental companies at all.

Cons: Car was of excellent quality. Staff assistance was immediate, much appreciated.

Cons: The only drawback was that cross-border travel to Moldova was not permitted, as their service is limited to EU countries.

Cons: The car didn't have a full tank, the car was ignited when I took it and the sign was a little below the top. Only after I filled a full tank I saw how high the sign could be. It had ~ 2 hours of driving from full car to the level that I got. The zero excess was costly (35 euros per day, which is not close to the price they told me before I took the car).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 7 days before the pick up date.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Turkey, European Union.

The purchase of the following insurance(s): Third Party Liability (TPL) is mandatory.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
