Cons: Wait for more than half an hour to be picked up at the airport (when I call they said 10 mins). I got the car only after 1 hour and a half. I had to wait for the car to be washed (!) Suspicious procedures with the paperwork, papers to be signed not clearly stating what you were signing for. Initial refuse on filling in the car's details on one paper I was signing.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Winter tires are included in price.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 2 hours, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
