Pros: they gave a car that is 10 years old with no proper air conditioner. Also in summer it has winter tyres and the engine is making sound all the time. Worst experience.

Cons: the guy handling was very rude and showed up 1 hour late. While returning even though there was no scratch -and having full insurance they were holding me up

Pros: Meet and greet

Cons: We asked for a 7-seat car and the 2 rear seats weren't fixed. The person that came spent more than 30 minutes trying to fix and finally even we have to get involved!! At the time of booking, got a cover for accidents and thefts. But the agent said it's not covered and that we had to buy one from him. Having read there are accidents often in Romania, we bought one.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
