Klass Wagen at Bucharest Airport

Cons: This company is doing insurance fraud. i am VP of insurance company- i know how to recognize a "business plan" of a fraud. The company foest me to pay 900 Euro ror two unseen scretches, threatening not to release my 2,400 Euro secured deposit. I need your assistance to submit an insurance claim to the Full Insurance which i purchased at Discover Cars. Please make contact with me to avoid future frastrated clients!

Pros: I had very disappointed experience with KlassWagen. They have a very higt exchange rate for Euro. 5.25Ron for 1 Euro. And if you pay with in pounds, the difference it was about 130€ additional to the 2400€ deposit. The operator from there didn’t do anything to help us. I have to call my bank from UK to ask them to recognize me an additional amount of money from my Credit Card and this is how I sorted out the situation by adding more money on my credit card because my £2100 we’re not enough.

For instance I have an offer at 48 euros for a VW polo , including insurances, and because the caution was 2700 euros, I was forced to accept their insurance of 190 euros, thus a rental rate for a Masserati

Pros: The pick-up was relatively smooth and fast considering the location is out of the terminal.

Cons: They try to push for their insurance, even though I purchased DiscoverCars cover. Also, the car had a significant scratch on the windshield just before the driver's view. I am sure that one of the previous renters paid a lot for this scratch, so I expect the company to fix it before providing the car to future customers.

Cons: The car tire was flat within 10 mins after pick up and they took almost 2 hours to send new car even after taking their own Local Premium insurance. The new car was good and but probably not perfectly ready and so there were some scratches and seats were not cleaned. I would definitely recommend to take their own local insurance otherwise you will be stranded in between of road and there will be no assistance until 24 hours.

The company later acknowledged its fault, but agreed to reimburse only 50% of the payment taken from me through misleading. Very bad experience. Won't come back.

Cons: The car had lots of mechanical issues. First i asked for a VW Taigo, i received a Opel crossland or something. Even if where still some Taigo as i requested i couldn't have one. Second the car was vibrating like a helicopter, i was waiting to take off. 2nd, the tire sensor was screaming at me and i had to check the pressure constantly to be sure it was OK. Cons: The "check-in" process is horrible, since you get an explanation of 10-15 minutes why you should buy an additional insurance (in our case 150-200 euro). The explanation includes photos of possibles payments/fees that will be "for sure" paid by you ("for sure", becuase it is said that drivers in Romania don't care about the cars). It is even said that without an additional insurance on return you will spend more time , because the car will be checked thoroughly.
