Cons: There was a hard upsell to take out additional insurance even though I had opted for full car insurance with DiscoverCars. I had to decline on multiple cases and explain I had already opted for full car insurance with DiscoverCars! Pros: They were available on the opening time and the car itself is good. The break Was wron down to the metal.

Cons: First of meanwhile i was about to pickup my the car then another customer argued with them for cheating. They said “Be careful”.. Then it was my turn and the guy tried to tell me to buy an insurance for 40 euro because my card was not a credit card. So i wanted to cancel my booking and he then suddenly i could now use my card. When i returned it he looked for any small issues with the car and he found som small spots approx 1mm in size which he was convinced was my fault. I had a video proof

Pros: We didn't get the car we ordered. We could barely fit our luggage in it. The wipers were ripped off, so driving in the rain was a hassle. Also, they gave us a car that need an oil change, they did not do in time and sometimes it would just not drive and shift.

Pros: There was one man who picked us up from the airport and dropped us off, he was very friendly.

Cons: when we arrived we had to wait a long time to be seen to. When it came to our turn, the man at the desk immediately tried to make us pay for extra insurance. I had already bought insurance when I booked the car online. When I explained this he responded ‘that is bullshit’ but I was adamant I wouldn’t pay it. He then went on to explain I could rent the car without a paper licence as I was from the UK. I proved him wrong via the government website however he still made me pay £130 for the rental.

Pros: The desk guy was nice but that’s it

Cons: The wanted to give us a cut with barely AC functioning at 35 Celsius outside. The only upgrade they had ( according to their saying) was a so called premium car. This was at at least 4.5 times higher cost for us. The car was at over 60000 Km then the guy at return said that it was leased to some company which returned it back. The CarPlay was not functional and I need it .

Pros: Fuck. All.

Cons: Didn't get the car I requested, the model was from 2018/19 and didn't have certain key features enabled, such as android auto, which is ridiculous in 2022. Car deposit payment options are stuck in the 1980s. (who doesn't accept Amex?) I also don't like being told to smile after being forced to shell out 680 euro for a last minute insurance policy by some smirking gobshite.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 72 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Residents of the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, USA, non-EU are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to pick up the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04.) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
