Pros: It was generally quick even though I was disappointed with the actual vehicle.

Cons: The car we booked and paid for off the site was an Nissan X trail with a picture of the new model. However when we arrived they tried to give us a Qashqai and when I said I wanted the xtrail, which is what I booked or a better replacement off I was given an X trail which was very old and had lots of dents, scratches and was even held together in parts with 4 screws into the car boot to presumably hold the boot casing in place. The picture on the booking was false advertising

Cons: Wrong car, changed twice , cars over 10 years old, dirty, over 110k on the clock ,. booked a Golf and got a van, demanded the golf and got a 12 year old KIA with a broken key ... worst experience and an rude and arrogant manager

Pros: They were relatively swift and willing to solve issues within the best of their very limited ability.

Cons: The cars they had available on arrival were in very poor condition or simply unsuitable and bore no relation whatsoever to the vehicle type specified in my rental agreement. An absolute joke.

Pros: Friendly staff, their 'not to worry, everything will be allright' mentality

Cons: Lack of empathy that travellers expect more of a car, esp. when there are perceived issues. Explanation of working of the car only upon my explicit request (not proactive), no instruction manual inside of the car. Signing of formal hire docs without further explanation, and under some 'time pressure' (just sign, don't worry)
