Cons: We could not find the service desk, when we asked at other rental car desks, they could not help us. When we called you for help nobody answered the phone.

Pros: I was supposed to pay 150$ a week but because you don’t pay online, Europcar add fees and I had to pay over 600 CAD rental and insurance included .

Cons: The car wasn’t washed outside and not vacuumed inside . For the price you pay it’s a joke

Cons: Keddy (Europcar) would not accept my credit card without a letter from my bank, so would not allow me to pick up the vehicle reserved through Discover Cars. I went to Hertz who accepted my credit card without question, as have all other car rental companies in the past. be aware if renting from Keddy (Europcar)!

Cons: They mandated I buy their insurance. Told me they would not rent me a car.

Pros: (2nd part of what I didn't like. ) We were bussed to another location to pick up the car. I spoke to the manager about other options for coverage. He said the cheapest is with a $1500 deductible. He said my first coverage would fill the deductible gap if I had a loss. He refunded me almost $200. It feels like the whole idea is to confuse tourists and scare them into coverage they do not want or need. I am sure I am not the only person they tried to rip off. Disgusting!!

Cons: They go by the name "Eurocar" and I was looking for Keddy...confusing. I was required to buy additional insurance through Eurocar which they said was mandatory. I had already purchased "full coverage" through Discovercars. But, full coverage apparently only covers a gap if there is a claim and you have the real coverage with a $1500 deductible. I asked them to give me the least expensive option, but they only presented the "premium coverage" which had a deductible of "0". It cost over $650

Cons: Was hard to find where to check in for Keddy and the check in representative tricked me into paying an extra $300 for insurance because I couldn’t understand him.

Cons: Was sold insurance that was not accepted! Price was not honored by Europcar! Had a hell of o time finding the Rental Car as they did not display Keddy

Cons: Lack of signage - neither Discover Cars or Keddy appeared anywhere at Dublin Airport.

Cons: Only 1 desk open when picking up car...so there was quite a wait and this meant not getting home to tipperary til gone midnight rather than around 11pm. Windscreen was also very dirty when I picked up the car. I had to get out on the way to tipp to give it a wipe with my jumper

Cons: Couldn't ring the Europcar line and get through to anyone. Spent a total of 1hr 30 mins trying to get through. Rang Belfast branch in the end and asked to be put through, spent a further 45 mins on hold. Rang Belfast again, they sent them an email on my behalf asking them to ring me, I never got a reply.

Cons: Car wasn’t fit for the road and I had to pay out of my own pocket to get brakes fixed

Pros: Pick up and drop off at airport

Cons: You need mats in the car to protect the carpet. We visited a castle and the car park was muddy and we didn’t like leaving mud in the car. Some rubber mats would protect your vehicles.

Pros: Honestly, I felt like I was getting mugged. Unfriendly, advesarial, inefficient a total disgrace. I have been hiring cars for 30 years all over the world and this was easily and by far my worst ever experience.

Cons: Waiting for 20 minutes at Dublin Airport only to be told I had to go somewhere else, and again wait for half an hour. Given the wrong car which I was unfamiliar with. THe car was not refuelled I ran out of petrol in Dromod (80 miles) and had a very stressfull expereince trying to find a garage. and depspite returning the car 95% full was charged £70 on top of the money that was already overcharged. Unfriendly and aggressive staff. NEVER AGAIN

Cons: The car was not clean and even though the car seemed to be set up for sat nav the sd card had been removed. Also, the entertainment system kept jumping between radio and usb mode. Finally, there seemed to be a lot of extras added without full explanation of these

Pros: Ivon in Cork really spent time w us and helped us problem solve our issue.

Cons: As already mentioned. Reserved cats were not available.
